Great and Safe Transfer
Next time I will book it again. No waiting time for others to arrive at the Bus. Clean, Safe and friendly Transfer. After Customs just outside there will be a sign with your name just as described. Really easy.

VIP pick up was the best.

Aviator no show, no refund
We had booked and paid for a shuttle service with AVIATOR , in Punta Cana to go to La Romana. Their driver never showed up, at our terminal. The flight was with Air Canada, and we ended up taking their bus service, who was at the right terminal. AVIATOR is refusing to refund, saying their driver was at terminal A. My question is, why was he there, when the buses were at the other terminal??? Anyone considering their service , needs to know that the bus service offered with our trip booking, did not stop at any other resorts, were very comfortable and newer.

Our driver was positioned at Terminal A according to the official flight information available at the time of arrival for Air Canada. We always dispatch drivers based on the live arrival data provided by the airport system. If a flight is reassigned to a different terminal after dispatch, this can unfortunately create confusion if direct communication is not immediately established. We sincerely regret that we were not able to connect with you upon arrival. Our team is always available via phone and WhatsApp to assist in real time and quickly redirect the driver when needed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are currently reviewing this case internally to ensure we continue improving our coordination and communication procedures.
