    What you'll see and do

    1. Chapel of the Holy Cross

As the golden hues of fall embrace the Arizona landscape, Sedona transforms into a breathtaking blend of picturesque vistas and exhilarating experiences. Venture through our iconic crimson canyons. The Chapel of the Holy Cross welcomes several million Pilgrims and tourists every year. It is a place of great beauty and peace. Built to a twin pinnacled spur, about 250 feet high, jutting out a thousand foot rock wall, “solid as the rock of Peter” the building of the Chapel was completed in April, 1956.

    2. Grand Canyon South Rim

Grand Canyon National Park and the city of Sedona are two of Arizona’s most impressive, most popular tourist destinations, and for good reason. The scale and majesty of the Grand Canyon is unfathomable, and Sedona’s red rock formations and desert landscape is as alluring as it gets. The South Rim views are the classic Grand Canyon views with which you're probably familiar. Wide, expansive, and panoramic - the Grand Canyon as seen from the South Rim is an almost surreal, unbelievable sight that will leave you changed forever. There are three sections to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon: Desert View Drive, Grand Canyon Village, and Hermit Road. Each of these sections offers a slightly different experience, and if you have the time, it is worth it to visit each spot.

    Amazing experience!

The tour was great! Philip was a great guide who made the long trip very enjoyable. He was engaging and professional, and when I had an issue from heat exertion towards the end of the trip, he handled it quickly and patiently, and had my safety in mind at all times. He was interested in learning life stories, and also sharing interesting facts about the Navajo nation, and Arizona. In addition to the awesome guide, the sites were gorgeous and it was a well planned itinerary. I highly recommend anyone interested in taking this tour.

    Beautiful sights

We were lucky enough to be in an extremely small tour group with Philip. The weather unfortunately did not hold up but our guide was very personable and attentive and, happily, a very safe driver. The sights are quite spectacular and we would recommend this tour. To enhance the experience, it would be great if the tour could include context on the history and geology of the area.

They do the driving so you don’t have to

Brandon was the an amazing tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and made it all so fun. He took us to some side quests along the way too. The chapel and the Grand Canyon were stunning and I was able to go to these places without stressing because of this tour. I will be booking again in the future.

From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phoenix.

How much does From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon cost?

    +

Prices start at $425 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phoenix usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon take?

    +

Plan for about 11 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phoenix is not rushed.

Is From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 43 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phoenix, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 11-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon?

    +

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phoenix can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phoenix and add a light layer if any part of the 11-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does From Phoenix-Small-Group Full Day Tour in Sedona and Grand Canyon start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phoenix within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Phoenix?

    +

Phoenix runs on desert experiences: sunrise hot air balloon lifts over the Sonoran, Camelback and South Mountain hikes, off-road Tonto Forest tours and day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Heat safety and start times decide whether a tour is good, so we weight timing detail in the ranking. On Outty we rank every Phoenix experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kayaking the Salt River Foxtail Trip, Small-Group or Private Grand Canyon with Sedona Tour from Phoenix, Grand Canyon with Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon Van Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Phoenix?

    +

November to April. Summer tours run at dawn or not at all. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Phoenix?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
