Not as represented!
We've used Viator for over a decade (mostly small group tours, private tour and airport pickups) and ALWAYS have had great experiences. Not this! **NOT AS ADVERTISED** This was supposed to be a small group, but was 17-19. Okay, disappointing but we were ready for the day. We got on the bus but there was absolutely NO legroom. I'm 5'10" and my legs were tight against the seat ahead, capturing every bump in the road. But my husband is 6'5" and didn't fit at all. We moved to the back middle and his legs were 4 or 5 inches overhanging to the row ahead. (It was that small). There were about 6 people on the bus and we were driving through Nice to pick up the others...and it was sheer agony. We could never have made the long drive to St. Tropez and back....so we got off. We explained we didn't fit, it was very uncomfortable and would end up injuring our backs and knees...AND it wasn't a small group on top of it all. I called Viator to alert them and ask for at least a partial refund. They couldn't have been nicer but said the refund was up to the tour company. If we got at least a partial refund due to the tour group's misrepresentation of a small group I would not have written this review. Big surprise, no refund.
Response from the operator: I'm sorry that the quality of our Mercedes Sprinter vehicle did not satisfy you, it s bad decision to have left the tour even before the beginning of the day, you missed a superb day, in addition you had a perfectly bilingual accompanying guide and being really very appreciated for the quality of its excursions + a driver, while normally it is only the driver who is the guide You chose to leave because you found the vehicle was too small, not comfortable enough yet everywhere in the world I have never seen better than Mercedes that's why we choose this brand, however we never refund excursions, on the other hand we can redo the tour for free but instead of contacting me and trying to find another tour to satisfy you, you contacted Viator directly to ask for a 100% refund, well this is not possible, no refund on request It is not granted if we refund it is because we have decided it not that you imposed it on us I invite you to look at the other comments they are excellent, once again I am sorry that you made this decision without even contacting me we might have found another solution and you would not have been surprised by the quality of the solutions proposed

Very enjoyable
The tour was a great experience. We set off on our journey at 8.00am. The guide was amazing. He provided many facts about the trip away was very humorous. We had plenty of time to eat and explore the areas. Both destinations was beautiful and peaceful to view.
Response from the operator: Dear Lloyd, We are glad that enjoyed your tour in Saint-Tropez

wonderful day trip
The luxury car picked us up and it was very comfortable driving down to Saint Tropez. the time spent there was plenty and we took our time looking at shops and going to cafes and restaurants and walking around in good time. Port Grimaud was very pretty as well and the drive back along the coast was lovely.

How much does From Nice St Tropez and Port Grimaud Tour cost?
+

Is From Nice St Tropez and Port Grimaud Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nice, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Is From Nice St Tropez and Port Grimaud Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book From Nice St Tropez and Port Grimaud Tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nice can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nice and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does From Nice St Tropez and Port Grimaud Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nice within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nice?
+
On Outty we rank every Nice experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ★ Walking Tour of Old Nice and Castle Hill, NO DIET CLUB - Unique Local Food in Nice !, Nice City Segway Sightseeing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nice?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nice?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
