Terrible.
I booked a tour of the Amalfi Coast with this company... unfortunately, due to MY mistake, I booked for the day of arrival in Naples and not the following day as I was convinced I had done. And I only realize it when the tour driver (helpful and kind) contacts me to confirm the appointment details before departure. I explain MY MISTAKE to him, and he tells me that he was sorry but that, RIGHTLY, not having a say in the matter, he would put me in touch with the owner. The owner initially seems to understand the inconvenience and tells me that he would easily let me make up for the lost day the following day.... The next day arrives and, close to the appointment time, he tells me there was no more room for me, despite having given me his word, and that there would certainly have been room for the following day by then.... The next day, unfortunately, the same song and dance from the previous day repeats itself! At that point, after having wasted 2 days chasing false promises, I realize it was better to end any discussion with that person. In short, I even take full responsibility for my error in judgment.... But I would have preferred a bit of sincerity and fairness; a blunt "NO, you made a mistake, goodbye and good luck" would have been "fine" too! Instead of giving false hope that only serves to waste people's time.... who instead would have used it to organize something else...! Where I'm from, one's word and hospitality carry enormous weight, and above all, for better or for worse, we always say things as they are!

Da parte nostra abbiamo cercato di venirle incontro con la massima disponibilità, dedicando tempo e risorse per provare a riorganizzare il tour nei giorni successivi, nonostante l’alta richiesta del periodo. Inoltre, abbiamo provveduto al rimborso completo, proprio per garantire correttezza e trasparenza. Purtroppo, non sempre è possibile garantire disponibilità last minute, soprattutto per servizi richiesti come i tour in Costiera Amalfitana, e ci dispiace se questo ha generato aspettative che poi non siamo riusciti a soddisfare. Detto ciò, riteniamo poco rappresentativa una valutazione così negativa, considerando che il servizio non è stato effettivamente usufruito. Il nostro impegno quotidiano è offrire un’esperienza di alto livello, basata su puntualità, comfort e professionalità, valori che i nostri clienti riconoscono costantemente. Enjoyed the trip to the Amalfi Coast. Danilo was pleasant and respectful. It was a great way to see the Amalfi Coast in one day. I was picked up and dropped off at the cruise port. It was good to know that the tour was on time and had us back at the cruise port in plenty of time for boarding. :)
