The invisible helping hand who saved the day.
We went to Caserta Palace…excellent….suggest others should try a day trip….we did not have enough time…did not use shuttle bus or golf cart which would have enhanced our visit.Fortunately we used Viator and Inna(she was terrific)…through my fault I did not have the correct documentation or mobile phone.Behind the scenes Inna smoothed the way.Customer First!!! BIG thanks to Inna.

Great attraction
Needed more time to really see everything. I would recommend renting the golf cart to see all the gardens quicker and to have more time in the palace.

Very good trip, and would highly recommend this trip.
We had a great experience and enjoyed what we were able to see. The optional rides to the top of the water falls and gardens were confusing and we wished we had selected the golf cart over the bus. By the time we had walked the gardens and caught the bus back to the palace, we were nearly out of time. We were only able to see the 3 large rooms and completely missed all the bedrooms and living quarters.

Amazing Palace Experience!
We enjoyed our Excursion to the Royal Palace of Caserta. The tour operator contacted us ahead of time with the pickuo lication and time. It took around 30 mi utes to get from Naples to the Palace. At the Palaxe we showed our electronic tickets and they gave us paper entry tickets. We touredcthe amazing interior rooms of the Palace first ror about 1.25 hours then We bought a bus ticket to take us to the end of the 5 fountains. It is way to far to walk the full lenght in the time we had. We got photos of thevupper fountains and the first two liwer fountains then walked back and took the bus back to the palace we had enough timecto get a drink and a snack at the restaurant in the palace before meeting our druver for the return trip. FYI you could spend a full day easily to see the full gardens but we felt that the 3 hours we had gave us a good overview. We were back in Naples by 2:30 p.m. so we had rime to walk around and see a few sites when we got back.

Cancelled twice!
Sadly, this excursion was cancelled twice on me. This palace was a major reason I’d wanted to visit the area. I was thrilled that I could book a tour through TripAdviser. The first cancellation was the day before my initial booking. I was able to rebook for the following day, and then it was cancelled again, less than 24 hours after I’d booked it. Bad business practice to offer a tour like this if you don’t have the integrity to follow through, even if there aren’t many visitors to make it profitable. That is your company.
