From Mykonos Small Group Delos and Rhenia Catamaran Tour

Okay. Not good and definitely not great

Booked this trip based on reviews and one particular item: SMALL GROUPS. Basically not more than 10 people at maximum. And I should have done more research. The cruise was okay; we never made it to Delos or Rineia due to the weather... there were 10 foot plus swells on the water and the Captain didn't want to risk it. I'm fine with that, and it's not his fault. It would have been nice to go somewhere else besides the north side of the island, though. Food served was very good; I was impressed enough by the Eggplant that I actually ate some - and I definitely don't like Eggplant. Chicken skewers were top notch, I would have liked a bit more variety of food though. Now for the problems. Communication with the owner was not good, he didn't respond right away to any requests and didn't send us any information on itinerary, pickup, etc. That would have been great. On that note, pickup was late - supposed to be there at 3 PM didn't make it until at least 3:15 PM. Captain was definitely not in a good mood. He yelled at us during transfer to the catamaran on the raft. I tried taking his picture while he was piloting the boat and he yelled at me for that - said it was rude and made me delete the picture. He made a point of telling everyone that they only place they were allowed to get drinks from was the cooler, but the sodas were in the refrigerator. When people went into the refrigerator to get a drink he yelled at them for that (why didn't he put sodas in the cooler? I have no idea). Bathroom was atrocious - I could barely stand to be in there from the smell. My wife and sister couldn't even go in. From a maintenance standpoint the catamaran needed work, things like the sliding glass door didn't work properly. There were supposed to be two people on the boat; the captain and an assistant. The assistant didn't make it for some reason to the captain did things solo. I honestly felt bad for him, the owner of the company should have done something to get another person on-board to help out. I will probably look elsewhere next time I'm in Greece. I'll go with a bigger group if I don't have to deal with the issues I had here.

Wonderful Evening Cruise

Wonderful way to spend an evening. Everything was easy, even arranging a car from our hotel, Artemios was such a nice captain and constantly working to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend to anyone for a relaxing afternoon/evening with a delicious light dinner!!

33 days and the provider still hasn't refunded me for a trip they cancelled

Disappointing experience – refund still outstanding We booked a semi-private catamaran cruise for 2 adults and 2 children ($618 AUD) for 31 July 2026. On 30 July, Mykonos On Board cancelled the cruise due to weather/sea conditions and confirmed in writing that a full refund would be provided. I provided the requested bank details and followed up several times when the refund did not arrive. On 19 August, the company advised that their banking provider had changed its refund procedures and that they were coordinating the refund. As of 1 September, 33 days after the service was cancelled and the full refund was promised, I still have not received the $618 AUD refund. I have kept all email correspondence and have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company. Unfortunately, despite the cancellation and repeated confirmation that the refund would be processed, the money remains outstanding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider. I have spent considerable time chasing a refund that was promised 33 days ago, and as the money has still not been returned, I have now had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Old catamaran, good crew,...

Old catamaran, good crew, very simple lunch, nothing special, pass by famous Delos, next day we took ship from Myconos Port to Delos for 25 euro per person, it was amazing

MUST GO !!!!

One of the best boat experiences of my life ! The guide and crew were amazing. I loved the fact that there were only several guests on the boat. The food was DELICIOUS and the service was top notch. The stops were beautiful and private. We saw many other larger boats nearby but every spot we stopped at was private and no other boats. The trip was special. This was our favorite activity we’ve done in all of Europe!
