Nice tour from Marrakech to the Sahara with breathtaking landscapes
We had such a great time in this tour. Our guides Yassin and Terwi were always very nice to us, I really liked their vibe during the whole trip. On our last day (which is the difference from the usual 3 days tour), we had the private tour and the chance to visit the monkey finger mountains. We walked in a canyon which had very nice landscapes. And we had also some time to rest and relax after the trip to the sahara. We stayed at the Kasbah Safari Rose, the people there are very lovely and the breakfast and dinner were very nice as well. Thanks a lot guys, I will totally recommend this tour.

Great experience
Very nice experience! The tours were all well planned, you can see the greatness of the dessert and discover Morocco. Yassin and Terwin are very friendly and know very well the area, great guides. Highly recommending 4 days, since its a lot of physical effort and you will be able to see more things. A must if you come to Marrakesh!

Scenic road trip with a hike at Monkey Fingers
Outstanding road trip across the scenic mountains and desert with spectacular views and friendly guides. If you’re debating between the 3 or 4 day tour to the Sahara, go for the 4-day trip. You will have an extra day to visit the Monkey Fingers area, which is a beautiful hike through a dramatic gorge (difficulty varies depending on which path you take) and a more leisurely return to Marrakech instead of having to drive 8-9 hours back for the 3-day trip. The guides were great, with some funny commentary and interesting tidbits about the history and culture of the various sites. The highlights were the sunrise camel ride and having a peaceful break after our hike through the gorge where we chatted with the personable guide (who also happened to be the owner of this tour company). The desert camp featured tents that could be locked from the inside and running water for showers. On our arrival to the desert, we rode camels for about 30 minutes then traveled the remainder via truck but the ride in the morning was for an hour. Sun protection is a must but I didn’t find it necessary to carry anything on my camel besides my phone. Your stuff will be transported on a vehicle. Overall, the trip was very well organized with prompt responses from the company via WhatsApp. Highly recommend getting an eSIM or equivalent so you at least have texting ability. Food was good with one notable meal at lunch for one of the stops. The van was air conditioned, with some of us moving to a different van at one point where we could play music and spread out more. Met a lot of interesting people from across the world and will never forget this journey.

Why this scores 84
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert cost?
+
Prices start at $170 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 643 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 96-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert?
+
Around 225 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does From Marrakech 4 Days Tour To Morocco Sahara Desert start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, Agafay Desert Package, Quad Bike, Camel Ride and Dinner Show. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
