The Virgin River Gorge, located between St. George, Utah, and Beaver Dam, Arizona, is a long canyon carved out by the Virgin River in northwest Arizona.[1] The Virgin River rises on the Colorado Plateau and created the topography of both Zion National Park and the Virgin River Gorge. The Gorge connects the southwestern rim of the Colorado Plateau and the northeastern part of the Mojave Desert.

Bryce Canyon Scenic Drive
Bryce Canyon showcases the stunning geology of southern Utah, a red-rock wonderland created by wind, water, and snow.Among the nation’s most beloved (and photographed) parks, the park is less than 40 miles as the crow flies from another natural gem: Zion National Park. It’s a natural amphitheater carved into the eastern flank of the Paunsaugunt Plateau by millions of years of wind and water erosion.By far the park’s most popular activity is walking all, or part, of the 11-mile Rim Trail between Fairyland Point and Bryce Point. Offering panoramic views of the kaleidoscopic topography, the trail can be accessed from several places along the rim, including Sunrise Point and Sunset Point.T

Good experience
Guide was very personable and accommodating. She went out of her way to meet our needs. It didn’t say on the website how long the trip was. We had 7 hours of driving time which we didn’t realize when we booked the trip. Just a suggestion to relay that when people are booking a tour.

Bryce tour
My friend and I signed up for this tour set to take place on 12/1. On 11/30, we were informed that if no one else signed up for the tour, it would either be cancelled or we would have to pay an additional $125 per person (on top of the $285 pp that we already paid) to go on a “private tour”. Since we were only informed about this on such short notice, we decided to pay the extra money so we would still be able to go on the tour. We were coming out to Vegas from NY to see the parks, and Bryce was top of our list. Instead of a private tour, we were picked up by a driver who was more than willing to take us around the park, but didn’t have knowledge of the area at all. If I am paying $410 for a tour, I would expect my guide to have destinations in mind to take us and be able to explain where we are in the park, maybe provide a couple of facts about the area. Instead, our first stop was the visitors center where we picked up maps that my friend and I used to help navigate to the different overlooks in the park. If we didn’t get these maps, we would have just had to follow the signs in the park and figure it out that way, as our guide did not know any main features of the area or how to get to any of them. She didn’t seem to be aware of the itinerary of the trip at all. The itinerary on the page we used when we signed up for this trip included a stop at Virgin River Gorge, which we didn’t do. Also, within the highlights it says “learn about the geological history of the area”, and says that the tour includes a knowledge guide. Lastly, this tour was advertised as being 8.5 hours, however one way of the drive to Bryce was four hours, so I am not sure how that math works out, but just another thing we had to consider in our schedule. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. This $410 tour turned out being an experience we could have easily had by just renting a car ourselves and following the map. The driver that was sent was very nice, easy going and willing to stop whenever we needed to on four hour drive from Vegas to Bryce Canyon. She was also great with taking pictures for us along the way and following the map to the different overlooks that sounded interesting to us. We wanted to post this review as it relates to the company itself, but do not want to place blame on the driver.

Well worth the trip for the stunning views
Well worth the 4 plus hour drive to Bryce Canyon. Spectacular views. Small group turned out to just be us and a driver so we could tailor the stops we wanted to see.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.
How much does From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon cost?
+
Prices start at $385 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon take?
+
Plan for about 11 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.
Is From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 11-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 11-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does From Las Vegas - Full Day Small Group Tour in Bryce Canyon start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?
+
Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?
+
October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Las Vegas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
