Not able to come on time booked, did not notify us for late arrival, did not process refund yet.
Booked online for 8:30am tour, response email and text came through. Could not find any information at the cruise terminal, called the contact number on the booking email, he just said the earliest pick up time is 10:30am, we booked around 7:40am. He did allow us to cancel and refund the charges. Looking at my credit card statements, did not see the refund coming through, need to call Viator to settle. Not a good experience.

Sorry but we are not resposible about refunds, your credit card statement says "VIATOR" which means we did not take your money or we did not charge you. Your tour is refunded in our records. You did not join the tour or experience NOTHING ABOUT OUR COMPANY , but you have the right to damage our business?

Extremely informative, fun and authentic. Ceyda was an exceptional guide. She was a wealth of knowledge and made our experience seamless especially considering us having my 6 year old son in our group. The tour was private which made the information much more accessible rather than fighting the crowds. We were provided with historic key details and stories of Ephesus, house of Mary and the museum. The transportation also was door-to-door which made it very convenient. Ceyda also informed us on geographical and social details of the region. To be perfectly candid, I am a bit surprised this excursion had only one review given the stellar experience it is. I comfortably recommend it to any future visitors.

This tour was incredible! Most fun we’ve had our whole trip. Our tour guide gave us lots of great information while allowing us to explore on our own. We ate at a wonderful local restaurant and learned all about the local hand woven carpets
