Fantastic Tour, Well Organised and Perfect Itinerary

Pick up was at 8.15am and was really easy to find the pick up spot. The snowmobiles were the first thing we did. It was so much fun!! Well worth doing and a unique exeprience. Lots of staff were on hand throughout. We got a chance to stop at the top for a break and to take photos. The cheese tasting and sausages were really nice and the bonfire kept us warm. There was also a tent you could sit inside. Very yummy snacks. The thermal spa was even better than I expected. Really clean and so much to do. The swim up bars and music and lights make it feel like you are truely on holiday! The cocktails are delicious. One of the best spas ive ever been too and would 100% return. We got 3 hours to spend there which was the perfect amount of time. The guide was very friendly and kind and clear with information. Highly recommend this trip and one of my best birthdays I have ever had!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your wonderful and detailed review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic birthday and that you enjoyed every part of the day, from the snowmobiles and mountain views to the cheese tasting, sausages, and bonfire. It’s also great to know that the thermal spa exceeded your expectations and that you found the three hours there to be the perfect amount of time. We’re especially pleased that our guide was friendly, kind, and clear with the information throughout the trip. It means a lot to hear that this was one of your best birthdays, and we’ll be sure to share your lovely feedback with our team. Your feedback helps us continue improving our services. Great day trip from Krakow

Jack was a great guide. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. The four wheelers were a blast. The sausage and cheese was great. And the thermo-spa was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend the tour and the tour guide.

    The day starts off with...

The day starts off with confusion and stress, as the meeting point for this tour is also the meeting point for a bunch of other tours. There are loads of buses parked up in a row with no signs or directions about which bus is for which tour. After finally managing to find the right bus, we set off. The guide and the driver were great, but it seemed like they had been given an impossible itinerary - by the time we had completed the quad bikes (not enough snow for the snowmobiles sadly) we were already running 3 hours late. At this point, we could not afford to be 3 hours late back in Krakow, so we asked to be dropped off at the station and made our own way back. The driver and guide were nice and understanding and did drop us off - but this meant we missed out on the Hot Springs which were supposed to be a big part of the experience. Despite all this, the tour company refused to give us any kind of refund. Very disappointing.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t go entirely as planned, though we’re glad the driver and guide were helpful and understanding during the day. We’d like to clarify a few points to provide context. The tour departs from a shared meeting point, which can understandably feel busy at peak times, and all details are provided in advance. Weather conditions sometimes prevent snowmobile activities, and in these cases, quads or alternative vehicles are used to ensure the tour can continue safely. We understand it was disappointing to miss part of the itinerary, and we empathize with the frustration this caused. The tour is planned to include all activities, but adjustments may occasionally be necessary due to travel times and conditions. As the tour was delivered as described, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for the portion not attended. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help future guests know what to expect. If you need any help planning another trip, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we would be glad to welcome you again.

From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.

How much does From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths cost?

    +

Prices start at $1 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.

Is From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does From Krakow: Zakopane Quad Adventure & Chochołów Thermal Baths start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Krakow?

    +

On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Krakow?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Krakow?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
