- Not recommended for participants who become easily claustrophobic. There are some very narrow paths inside the salt mine and this may be difficult for some.
- Hand luggage should be of a reasonable size, and larger luggage should be left in the car.
- There is no minimum age to experience the activity, however, children should be capable of walking unassisted or be carried in baby slings or baby carriers. Baby strollers are not allowed underground.
- Temperatures in Wieliczka Salt Mine are around 15ºC or 59ºF, it is recommended that you bring a jacket

Very informative, what a place, amazing. Just be warned this is alot of walking, not just the steps down but within the tour is alot.

Interesting salt mine visit !!
Excellent info and communication. The salt mines are busy and touristy but it all worked out and our guide in the mines was very informative and interesting. There are a lot of steps so not for anyone with mobility issues I think !! In all the visit was about 4 hours … can recommend!!

The salt mines were wow! That's all I can use to describe them!!! Our driver, Dom, was great and showed us landmarks on way to mines that we may like to visit. As we were also first pick up we had a little chat about scotland and football! Our guide was great too...funny but well informed on the mines. Would 100% recommend at tour with this company. This was our 2nd booking with them after visiting auschwitz and the professionalism I felt safe in booking with them for next trip.
