Very fun and calm. The guide Mastafa was an amazing and knew the history very well and a good story teller.
Mustafa was very fun and friendly guide. Very knowledgeable in Egyptian history. Everything during the day went smoothly, we went at our own pace which was nice as a private tour. Both company and guide on the day were very accommodating to us, making sure we’re were alright with the activities during the tour. The food during lunch was also very nice. The beef tagin and grilled chicken would probably be the best pick. Would definitely recommend this private tour for people that wants to go around without having a massive group to be with. The guide is there mainly for you and your group alone so you don’t feel rushed while taking the history of Egypt.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your tour. It was our pleasure to host you, and we look forward to welcoming you on another adventure in the future

Must do private tour in Luxor!
Started off a bit sceptical as I originally booked through Viator but the pricing on Viator was incorrect so paid in cash. The day started of with a prompt 5am pick up from our hotel in Hurghada, all info needed (passport details, names etc) was collected in advance so it was smooth sailing to Hurghada (approx 3h25min drive). We visited all the sites, Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temples, Luxor Temples, Colossi of Memnon etc and were thoroughly looked after the entire day. From making sure we had breaks between stops to making sure we walked in the shade to escape from the Luxor heat! Mustafa was our guide for the day and was absolutely FANTASTIC, he kept us all immersed in the history and culture we saw and made it so so fun by adding quizzes. I’m amazed I retained so much info LOL All in all, you should DEFINITELY let Wow Travel host you to enjoy the beautiful culture and history with you rvisit to Egypt but most especially Luxor with the fab Mustafa!

From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hurghada.
How much does From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride cost?
+

Is From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hurghada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 10. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 36-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hurghada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hurghada and add a light layer if any part of the 36-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does From Hurghada: Luxor Overnight Tour with Hot Air Balloon Ride start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hurghada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hurghada?
+
On Outty we rank every Hurghada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hurghada: Luxor Valley of the Kings & Tutankhamun Tomb Trip, Orange Bay Island, Luxury Cruise to Orange Bay and Hula Hula island Trip. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hurghada?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hurghada?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
