Delta, coconuts and folk music
A wonderful experience! It was adventurous and gave us insight into the way of life on the Delta. Our tour guide Mingo was excellent - passionate about his country, knowledgeable and good command of English. Would recommend him and the tour!

Don’t ever book this tour. There are many other available tours
The tour guide was extremely rude and the tour manager is unwilling to help. We had 6 people in the group and 3 of us were 15 mins late. Although we were late, we still made it before the van leave. The tour guide took my bags down from the van. I told him to bring the bags back to the car cause all of us have arrived. He then threw my bags to the floor and said we can’t be allowed on the van. Then I told him to refund my money cause we all are here before the van leave and he is the one who refused to take us for no reason. He then started cussing me off using f word. I have been to so many tour with Viator and this is the first company who treated us like that. I am stilling talking to viator to refund my money. If I don’t get my money back I will be claiming through my credit card and viator also gonna lose me as customer. This kind of tour company shouldn’t be on viator because they have such terrible and rude tour guide and unwilling to help manager.

Our guide arrived at 7:45 AM as the confirmed pickup time, contacted your group, and waited until 8:10 AM, while some members were still not ready. As this was a shared group tour, we could not delay the other guests further. We also firmly deny the allegations of throwing luggage or using profanity. Nevertheless, as a goodwill gesture, we offered a 50% partial refund. We always strive to treat our guests and our team fairly and professionally. Warm regards!

Fun experience
It was a very nice day trip with a great guide. We got to see how people outside of the city live and learn some interesting and funny things about Vietnam and Mekong Delta. Thank you Tom "Cruise" for the incredible trip. It was fun and relaxed.
