Great day and staff were amazing
We joined the Pamela Cruise for a day trip around Halong Bay and we had an amazing day. We visited the caves and an Oyster Farm and Ti Top Island and a little boat trip. The lunch provided was amazing and there was a lot of food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Eric the Cruise Manager and Anna who served us our food and drinks. The Wi-Fi on board was better than the cruise ship we had been on. The weather was a bit hazy but still a very enjoyable day. Initially we had booked an alternative boat trip which was then cancelled due getting repairs and we were moved to the Pamela Cruise which was actually better value and based on the service we received I’m really glad we did.
