Poor Service/Scammers
The ride was comfortable, good music & efficient driver, but when we arrived at our hotel the driver left so quickly.. we realized after a few min that our friend didn’t have one of her bags with her passport, money, jewellery, etc. We then had to contact the shuttle company & they made us pay $65 USD after one of our other friends had already tipped them $20. He came back to drop off the bag & it had somehow been tucked away underneath a baby seat in the back.. the driver was far from apologetic or even empathetic to the situation. It was obviously a scam. Needless to say, we were not very happy & will definitely not be booking in the future.

A big HOWEVER, was when he arrived to our hotel the driver took out all of out luggage very quickly and left in quite a hurry., So quickly, in fact, that he didn’t even ask us if we had all of our things, no double checking, not a single goodbye. We instantly realized that one of my girlfriends purses with all of her important items (passport, family heirloom jewelry etc) was not given to us & the car was out of sight. We contacted the company and they made us pay $65 USD for the driver to turn around & return - after we had already paid full price + tipped him $20 USD!!! We had noticed the missing purse IMMEDIATELY and he could not have been farther than 5 minutes away. He arrived, conveniently pulled out the purse from behind a baby seat, instantly finding it - almost like he had placed it there. We mentioned our frustration at us having to pay $65 USD for him to return & he said he knew nothing about it & was very blasé about the entire situation. It left a very bad taste in my mouth - the lack of care, extremely poor customer service, & genuine feeling of being scammed. Being in the sales & service industry myself, I was absolutely appalled at how the situation was handled. Needless to say, I will certainly be avoiding this shuttle service in the future. In fact, I will actively be steering away any new customers, if given the chance.

Great experience! Host was waiting on arrival, didn’t wait long to be transferred. Very nice van & driver. On return, the driver was early & waiting on me. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely use them again in the future.
