Sunset Tour Turned Into a Shower Tour
We booked this sunset tour expecting a comfortable boat experience for what we paid, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We thought we would be getting a much better boat, but instead, it was a small boat with only a floor mat for seating. Throughout the tour, water was constantly splashing onto everyone sitting on the boat. By the end of the trip, all of our clothes were completely wet. My wife was especially upset because her $800 purse got soaked and is now damaged from the saltwater. For the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable and enjoyable sunset experience. Unfortunately, the experience felt poorly planned and not worth the money. I would not recommend this company for a sunset tour. If you're expecting a relaxing sunset cruise where you can stay relatively dry and comfortable, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Response from the operator: Hello, we believe this review refers to another company, as the boat you describe is not part of our fleet. We operate only large, comfortable boats. As our photos clearly show, our guests have spacious cushioned sunbeds and proper seating, along with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and memorable experience. We do not have boats where guests sit on a floor mat. We’re sorry about the experience you described, but it does not relate to a tour operated by our company. Our many positive reviews reflect the comfort and quality of the experiences we provide.
