This sounds like a wonderful way to discover the beauty and culture of Morocco! The small group tour not only offers the benefit of return transportation, but also the opportunity to learn more about the sights and local culture from an experienced guide. Taroudant with its traditional souks and impressive city walls is definitely worth a visit. And the Kasbah in Tiout sounds like a perfect place to have lunch, while the optional donkey ride is a charming way to explore the surrounding area. Taroudant
Taroudant is located in the Souss plain and is exactly 90 km from Agadir. On the way we stop for a few moments to watch the goats climbing the argan trees... The path takes us past endless orange groves. Taroudant is a Berber town and was the former capital of the Saadian dynasty before it became Marrakesh. In Taroudant we visit the Berber souk to admire the work of the local craftsmen. We then continue through the town, which is surrounded by a mighty 8 km long wall. We end our visit to Taroudant with a visit to the old palace of Sultan Salam from the 16th century, a cool building... Tiout
Tiout For lunch we drive to the village of Tiout to stay with a local resident. Lunch consists of tagine, Moroccan couscous, fresh fruit and of course our national drink “Nana”, fresh mint tea. After lunch we take a digestive walk or take a donkey (Berber taxi) to visit a palm grove that protects a large date palm plantation. Afterwards we visit the Kasbah of Tiout. Some parts of the film Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves were filmed here in 1954. (Directed by Fenandel) On the way back to Agadir we take a different route to see other landscapes...

Kasbah of Tiout
From the top of its natural promontory, the Kasbah stands out, offering a breathtaking view of the magnificent green oasis. Its magnificent remains can still be seen there, testifying to its importance in the Saadian period. Magical oasis and culture tour!
This is a phenomenal tour to the hilltop cooperative of 7 villages at Tiout seeing the Argan eating goats along the way, spending time in the oasis (donkey optional) and being treated to a couscous and tajine with fresh oranges in thenKasbah before visiting the city of Taroudant with its souk, Medina and riads. Our guides - Adil and Hamid - were super knowledgable and enthusiastic. Going on my chilled out donkey Farida through the oasis was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had. The light in the oasis is something else. Only downside is you do spend a long time Travelling about in the minibus but there’s lots to look at on the way and it’s worth it - just take lots of water and if you have kids, Something to entertain them. There was a disabled lady on our bus and the guides were extremely kind and considerate and respectful of her.

Super great trip in and around Agadir
We did our day trip with Ibrahim. He spoke very good German, which we had booked in advance. Everything worked out wonderfully. We were there with the Mein Schiff 1. We were also picked up directly from the ship in Agadir and brought back again. Everything is highly recommended. And the price-performance ratio was great. Thank you again. I can only recommend it

Great trip around Morocco
Safety, peace, culture, sense of humor, knowledge of foreign languages, extensive knowledge of the country's history, guessing and meeting the needs of the group are Ibrahim's main advantages. Thanks to him, we learned about the beauty of Africa, the life of the inhabitants, the flavors of the cuisine and the appearance of their houses. Thank you Ibrahim for the opportunity to visit the Atlas Mountains, interesting cities passed on the way to Agadir, for a nice stay at a hotel in the heart of Tafraout, for shopping at local markets, and for personal meetings with the inhabitants of the mountains. It was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. Ibrahim is a great guide who perfectly understands the needs of clients regardless of age. I highly recommend all his trips :)

Amazing Day out to Tafraout
This is a 10/10 amazing trip, it was by far the highlight of our entire stay in Morocco. Ibrahim is a very good guide, and he showed us Morocco from an entirely different perspective. We had many stops for tea, lunch etc in little restaurants and places with beautiful scenery. Ibrahim went above and beyond for us and even took us to the Yussuf Bin Tachfine dam, which was very beautiful. We were picked up at 7:30 AM, and I recommend to choose this time, as the trip will last the entire day (we arrived back at our hotel when it was dark, around 8/9PM). We saw the beautiful painted rocks, got to explore the town of Tafroute (which was a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful town) and even stopped at a roadside Tajine shop ran by a friendly Berber man who sold us two huge bags of tea, a Tajine (with accessories) and some spices for only 66DH (£5.22, 6 Euro for all these items). We drove for a long time on small roads on the sides of mountains, and saw a lot of beautiful scenery, and even a cool abandoned village (picture attached). Overall, this was an amazing trip and I would recommend it to everyone, Ibrahim is an amazing guide, Thank you very much

+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
