Great Tour Guide, But the Vehicle Comfort Completely Ruined the Sightseeing Experience

The tour itself covers a lot of sightseeing spots, but honestly, the overall experience was heavily affected by the vehicle choice. Considering the price of the tour, and the fact that most of the experience is spent inside the car simply driving from one attraction to another, the company should prioritize customer comfort much more seriously. Most of the attractions are free sightseeing locations, and in several cases, we were just passing by while the guide pointed out buildings and landmarks from the road. Because of that, the quality, comfort, and visibility inside the vehicle become a huge part of the actual experience. Unfortunately, the vehicle used for our tour — a Toyota Prius — was not ideal for this kind of setup. I was seated all the way at the back, where visibility was extremely limited. The windows were small, other passengers’ heads blocked most of the view, and I honestly stopped trying to look at some of the landmarks because I could barely see anything. A sightseeing tour should make sure every guest gets a fair and comfortable viewing experience, especially when customers are paying a premium price. The seating situation was also very uncomfortable. The seat space felt like torture on my knees and feet, especially during long drives between attractions. Instead of enjoying the journey, I found myself just waiting for the next stop so I could finally stretch. Since this company has likely been operating these tours for a long time, I believe they should already understand that many tourists — especially visitors from the US and other Western countries — may be taller, bigger-built, elderly, or persons with disabilities, and vehicle comfort should absolutely reflect that reality. That said, I do want to highlight that our tour guide, Sudath, was excellent. He was informative, proactive, attentive to our needs, and genuinely delivered great customer service throughout the trip. His professionalism and effort significantly improved the experience. Without him, I honestly would have rated this tour lower than 2 stars. A helpful thing to know for future guests: the itinerary includes around two hours of free time at Dubai Mall. During that time, you can choose to visit the observation deck of Burj Khalifa or explore the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at your own expense — just make sure to keep track of the meeting time. The company also provides bottled water during the tour and is willing to make stopovers if guests need restroom breaks or want to buy essentials, which I appreciated.

Great way to see Dubai! .

Great tour guide. The sites were amazing. I felt safe the entire time. There were opportunities for photos, to sight see and to take potty breaks. The length of the tour was perfect for a daytime excursion.

Abu dhabi to Dubai day tour

It was an excellent tour. The guide was very knowledgeable with the places history photo locations of which we couldn't have figured out on our own. It saved a lot of time and the trip is worth it.

Excellent full day tour with all highlights of Dubai! Not to be missed

Yesterday I joined the full-day overview tour of Dubai from Abu Dhabi.with Emirates Tours & Safari. Excellent choice! The tour was very wel organized, our driver Arshad (my travel companions were only two foreign couples, so we found accomodation in a comfortable 6-places sedan car) drove us very well and explained us all the highlights of Dubai - places,buildings, history, culture. The tour also includes a short but very picturesque journey on a typical boat, the abra, to reach the traditional gold suq amd the spice suq, where our guide accompanied us. We were given enough time to enjoy all the best places in Dubai, from the Marina to the Dubai Mall with the stunning Burj al Khalifa, from the suq to the iconic Burj al Arab and the Wave etc. Excellent quality for a very convenient fare, with pickup from and return to hotel. I would like to mention the kindness competence and professionality of our guide and driver Arshad. I strongly recommend this tour!
