    Good experience

Trip was good. Started at meeting at the central station and moving off to Monaco and Nice. Good experience with the second smallest state in the world

Response from the operator: Dear TemasekTraveller. Thanks for your feedback! Glad to hear you had a good experience visiting Monaco and Nice. Best regards from Amigo Tours Rodrigo

I paid for the tour that I never got.

I didn’t go anywhere. It was the worst experience that I have had. I came to the meeting point 15 minutes early, the guide said me to go inside and wait in the 14 platform they will join me but they never came after me. The guide left me at the train station and didn’t appear. After 44 minutes of waiting I finally reached customer service to inform them that the guide hadn’t appeared, they answered that they needed time to contact the guide because she had not answered them, then they informed me that the train left already. I stayed at the train station with two children and my mom without help in a foreign country where everything was unfamiliar.

Response from the operator: Dear Hasiko H, Thank you for your review. All feedback is important to us, and we're sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience. I hope you can see from our other reviews that your situation is exceptional and couldn't be further from our high standards. This only makes us want to resolve this as soon as possible and ensure it doesn't happen again. Best regards from AMIGO TOURS. -Judy.

Short tour but good enough if you don’t have enough time available

Our tour guide “Lourdes” was so nice, kind and knowledgeable about the places that we visited. We visited Monaco and Nice very briefly but enough to have an idea.

Response from the operator: Dear 668milkab, than you for your coment, we are happy to know that you had a great time with Lourdes in our tour, we hope to see you again in the future. Best regards from Amigo Tours Rodrigo

    Horrible time management & Experience

Horrible experience! Wasted my whole day & time , I'll remember this tour as sitting in the bus for a total of 10 hours , will never recommend this tour , no planning of time , tour guide don't bother to make sure group is gathered together don't even worry about you losing away from the group, Tour guide is horrible doesn't even qualify as a guide , bringing everyone around in circles repeating the same thing that was just said 5 minutes before and after retracing the steps , reading off the monument boards where anyone can just read , spent only 40 minutes in Monaco , 2 hours in Nice , guide didn't even recommend places to eat or explore, asked us to even choose to eat or to explore , guide in general is rude and don't bother to answer you when you have questions about history about Monaco or Monte Carlo or even Nice , it's a horrible experience for my family and a total waste of money , I've been on so many different kinds of tour around the world and this is beyond hope! Was looking forward to viewing Monaco with a beautiful expectation yet she made it horrible, will avoid at all cost not to just save my money but also my time

Response from the operator: Dear Brigitte_F, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We regret that your experience was not as expected and appreciate your feedback. We value your comments and will review them with the team to improve. We hope to have the chance to provide a better experience in the future. Best regards, The Amigo Tours Team, Jenny

French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Milan.

How much does French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights cost?

    +

Prices start at $236 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Milan usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights take?

    +

Plan for about 15 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Milan is not rushed.

Is French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Milan, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 15-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Milan can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Milan and add a light layer if any part of the 15-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does French Riviera Tour from Milan: Monaco and Nice Highlights start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Milan within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Milan?

    +

On Outty we rank every Milan experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gnocchi, Pasta, Tiramisù and Wine Class, Authentic Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class in Milan, Milan's Hidden Gems: Unique Bike Tour (ENG, NL). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Milan?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Milan?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
