About this experience
If you are looking for something for the soul and spirit then this is for you. This experience is all about a personal connection with the spirit of the forest and to ground you. We will relax, restore, and replenish our energy and connect deeply with the forest, the spring and the beautiful lake. A swim is highly recommended. There is something special and mysterious about a place were there is a Natural Spring. The energies are often high in vibration and there is a certain sense of purity. The sound of the water is soothing and awakens our deeply stored ancestral memories. We will be an exclusive small group of maximum 4ppl or private. I will tune in to the energy of the moment and gladly guide you through an intuitive meditation if you want. Welcome to join me!

We will go for a mindful hike through a pine forest towards a natural spring while taking in the surrounding nature with all our senses to ground, relax and expand our energy field. There we fill up our bottles, so we can enjoy the benefits of the healing spring water. We will follow natural trails in the forest and around a small lake. Mindfully engaging all our senses so that we become one with living earth. We will find a nice spot by the lake and rest and have some "Swedish Fika"(tea time). Then If you wish I would love to guide you through a meditation to further ground and feel even more connected and present with the forest and its inhabitants. I will gladly share what I know about healing water and grounding. It is also possible to go for a swim in the lake.

Great Experience
We walked slowly through the forest while enjoying the scenery and learning about the health benefits of nature. Our picnic by the lake with cheese, crackers and fruit was my favorite part!

Great outdoor activity
Loved the walk in nature. Alex came to collect us at our hotel and took us to the forest area for the hike, which was very convenient. She had also prepared a lovely picnic for us and the spot she picked had berries so we collected and tasted various berries with her guidance which was great for the kids too. Everyone in the family enjoyed the pace, scenery and Alexandra’s company. Highly recommended if you are looking to see more than the usual tours in Stockholm.
Response from the operator: It was lovely to meet you all! Thank you and warm welcome back!

Absolutely good for you
So, my mom gifted this day to me and to us. She knows just how much I appreciate getting out of the city and seeing some green. She knows how I love some mind calming activity that is grounding and enriching to the heart center. This was a beyond perfect day. We were picked up, the conversation was warm and genuine. I sometimes get pressured to keep going in these situations, but it wasn't like that at all. When we were still we were quiet, when I felt the need I enjoyed tree hugs and good conversation. I can explain my gratitude for this day enough. We have been traveling a lot and spent some time in the city and this was just what was desired. We had fika on the rock of nutritional snacks, we conversed with little duck friends, we swam in the refreshing lake, we allowed time to be still and claimed space for our time to reconnect. Thank you. Absolutely recommend. My mom is not quite as tree-huggery as myself and loved it too. She didnt swim, but loved the view from the rocks, she doesn't walk in woods well, but it was easy. So yes, good for all people.

An amazing, very special experience
We had an absolutely beautiful time with Alexandra walking in the forest and taking in all that it had to offer! It was an amazing day that really grounded us and connected us with nature and with one another. In the short time we had here, we wanted to see Stockholm but also wanted get out of the city too. This was the perfect chance to do that! Alexandra is an extremely friendly, genuine person and great guide. I highly recommend this experience with her!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much!! Lots of love and warm welcome back!

Absolutely fantastic.
The views were amazing and we took many photos. Alexandra was the pefect host. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The green tea and biscuits were an added bonus and I was introduced to plant music. The conversation flowed very easily. Would recommend. Wear sturdy walking shoes and take an empty water bottle to taste the delicious spring water.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review. It was great getting to know you and exchange inspiring conversation. Warm welcome back 👋☀️

Why this scores 59
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Stockholm.
How much does Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm cost?
+
Prices start at $880 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Stockholm usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Stockholm is not rushed.
Is Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Stockholm, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Stockholm can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Stockholm and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Forestbathing Slow Walking and Healing Spring Water, Stockholm start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Stockholm within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Stockholm?
+
On Outty we rank every Stockholm experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Stockholm: Walking Tour of the Old Town, Best of Stockholm: Small Group Walking Tour (Max 10, 3 Hours), Vasa Museum Guided Tour, Including Ticket & Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Stockholm?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Stockholm?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
