Food and hiking!
The foraging and gastronomic tour was truly memorable from start to finish. The adventure began with a three-hour hike through a lesser known valley, where our guide Secil—warm, knowledgeable, and friendly—led us on a wild mushroom foraging expedition. The hike was manageable and allowed plenty of time to absorb the stunning surroundings & learn about the plants that grow there. We then returned to a charming village where chef Cem took over. With his guidance we transformed our freshly foraged mushrooms into an amazing dish. I absolutely loved this experience, if you love the outdoors, food and learning about local cultures this one is for you. Highly recommended!
