Great experience!!
Our tour guide was so great, super knowledgeable & personable! If you are coming from a cruise like we were, there is a board with names on it, be sure to look out for yours and let someone know when you see your name. They will then page the guide to meet you. We visited the Virgin Mary’s house & then a did a tour of Ephesus (be prepared to pay 40 euro per person as an entrance fee, we did not know this) but sooo worth it as we had a private tour & we were able to learn a ton! Then we went to have lunch & visited a local rug making place which was very fascinating!! (Also, be prepared for them to try to sell you rugs, they are super nice & you don’t have to buy something, but again just something we were not aware of) then we were brought back to the downtown area where the guide showed us where to go back to the cruise port. Overall a great experience & would highly recommend!!!
