Best tour guides ever

Soooo good! Loved it. Driving through local streets , eating at out of the tourist way locations. Having everything explained by local people. The women that took us were just fantastic! Loved everything about it! Highly recommended. Thanks girls! 🤗

Amazing evening foodie tour.

This tour was the highlight of my recent trip to Bali. I’d done this tour before about 5 years ago and decided to go again with a friend. Because I’d been before I did know what to expect but was surprised at how fabulous it was the second time around. I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Our two guides Zelia and Terese were terrific, friendly and fun to be with. They gave us the history behind the foods, the marketplace and some of the Balinese traditions. The food was delicious at every stop and we had more than enough to eat, as well as my all time favourite Martabak to bring back to the hotel. This is such a great tour, I’d be happy to do it again. The bonus is you get picked up and dropped off to your hotel within the Kuta, Legian and Seminyak area.

Great way to see Bali

A fabulous and relaxed way to see Bali and its nightlife while tasting some of the local delights. Indra and her team were fabulous guides, friendly and very welcoming. This is the second time I took the tour, this time with two family members. It was well worth the return trip.

Indra and the tour company were great! A must-do tour when you land in Bali :)

My food guide Indra picked me up right on time and was totally cool with being on camera for my travel vlog. I highly recommend putting this tour at the beginning of your trip if you are interested in exploring Balinese & Indonesian culture. I hopped on the back of her moped and we were off to eat at 5 locations -- all of which were very local and had almost no foreigners except for myself. I won't spoil the locations or types of foods you'll try here. They'll cater to how adventurous or restricted your diet is, but all the locations aren't easily found if you only stick around Kuta and other tourist areas where prices are inflated 2-6x or even higher for brand-name restaurants & stores catering exclusively to tourists. I learned a lot about how locals live, work, and spend their time around town. Time for some logistics! I booked directly Breezy tours (note that to book online you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance). They confirmed the details over email and promptly picked me up and since no one else was on the tour it ended up being a private tour :D

Well worth your time and money

We completed the Foodie Tour and the Breakfast Tour. These are such a great experience with guides who are keen to share their food knowledge with you. They are excellent drivers and we felt safe the entire trip. The guides we had were willing to incorporate any places we wanted to try and see. The food experiences were awesome, such variety of foods from all over Indonesia. It was great to be away from the tourist places and eat with local people. The dishes that were chosen for us, we had no trouble trying and even if we didn’t finish the dish, it was OK. It gave us more confidence in trying more Indonesian food during our trip. We also looked out for dishes we tried on our tour. Thanks team. Hope we can do it again.

Foodie Tour Bali: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuta.

How much does Foodie Tour Bali cost?

+

Prices start at $26 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Foodie Tour Bali take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuta is not rushed.

Is Foodie Tour Bali worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Foodie Tour Bali?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Foodie Tour Bali suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Foodie Tour Bali?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuta and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Foodie Tour Bali start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kuta?

+

On Outty we rank every Kuta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include East Bali Tour: Gate of Heaven, Water Palace, Sleeping Gajah, Ubud Day Tour: Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegenungan Waterfall, Rice Terrace, Ubud Private Tour - All Inclusive Premium Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kuta?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kuta?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
