Unusable service, money blocked, and lack of real customer support:
I do not understand how, in 2026, a platform can still operate this way. I made three different reservations, and all three were canceled or refused by the pilots. As a result, a significant amount is now blocked on the platform in an automatic search that I cannot even freely cancel to book with another pilot. The most incomprehensible part remains the absence of a refund to the original payment method. We pay in advance without any real guarantee of acceptance, and between each reservation attempt, the price sometimes increases by several dozen euros. In the end, we find ourselves with immobilized money, without a clear solution to recover it. Regarding customer service, it is virtually non-existent: only an AI chatbot or tickets without follow-up or concrete response. No real human assistance to manage a situation that is very frustrating. The idea of the platform is excellent, but the user experience and the management of cancellations are currently extremely disappointing.

Excellent experience with our pilot Adriano. It was clear that safety and our comfort was his main concern. Highly recommend it! He was even kind enough to pick us up from the nearby train station and drop us off afterward. 5 stars.
