Amazing Gallery but check your tickets!
Worth knowing that you should check your ticket carefully before entry. Viator/ accord sent the wrong bar codes. Your name must match what’s on the ticket. We got taken out of the queue and led back outside by a lovely gallery staff member, thankfully they were super helpful and brought us to the Accord reps, who then had to call the office and resend tickets. Took 35 mins! But we got in fine and thankfully queue was short. Otherwise the Uffizi is well worth a visit and so beautiful! Had coffee on the terrace on the second floor… very reasonable and a nice break before heading to finish on the first floor.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the tickets and for the 35-minute delay. We are glad that our staff was able to assist you and that, in the end, you could visit the Uffizi without further issues. Thank you also for your valuable feedback and observations. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Don't Buy the Uffizi No-Line Timed Entry Package from Accord!
Bottom Line: Accord took our money and cost us time while providing nothing in return, and losing us our chance to see the Uffizi Gallery. Don't book with this company. Details: My wife and I booked a no-queue, timed ticket entry to the Uffizi Galleries with Accord. We showed up at the correct time and place to get our tickets. When we arrived, the representative from Accord told us there had been an issue with the Uffizi ticket office the prior week, and that we would need to wait in the standard public ticket queue to get our tickets, but they said they had a representative who had been waiting in line. This was annoying, but not the end of the world. When we got to the public line to be handed off to the Accord representative there, we were told that we should stand off to the side and she would buy the tickets and then come get us. I had a bad feeling about this because I know that these places usually require the person to be present to buy the ticket, but we figured that they knew what they were doing. About 15 minutes later, she came out and said that they wouldn't sell her the tickets without us present. She said that we would have to go to the back of the line to buy our tickets. This of course negated the entire point of paying extra and booking a timed entry with Accord, as we we could have just stood in line from the beginning. The representative was personally apologetic. She had clearly just been put in a bad position by her bosses. We told her that we wanted our money back since none of the paid-for services had been performed. She told us, and another group that was supposed to go in at the same time that she would get in contact with her office so we could get refunded. When we contacted Accord for our refund through WhatsApp, whomever answered curtly told us, without any apology, to go through our initial booking site for a refund. in our case this was something called Headout. When we contacted Headout, they told us that Accord refused to do the refund as they have a "no cancellation" policy. We explained that this wasn't a cancellation -- we simply hadn't been given the services we paid for. When we contacted Accord again and told them this, they simply went silent on us and refused to answer. So there's multiple issues with the way Accord handled this: 1. If there was indeed some problem with the Uffizi ticket office the prior week that messed up their normal process for getting group tickets, they should have told us that to give us a chance to book some other way rather than have us show up for tickets they didn't possess. 2. Having not done that, and us having shown up at the appointed time, they should have, at a bare minimum, apologized and given us a refund since no services of any kind were provided. We were refused our refund and were only able to get our money back by disputing the charge with our credit card company due to services not rendered. On top of all of that, this cost us our chance to see the Uffizi galleries. We had things planned out on the assumption that we would be able to enter at the set time -- that was the whole point of paying for this service. We didn't have time to wait for 1-2 hours in the public line after already losing 45 minutes to Accord's mess. So we had to move on and miss a part of our trip that we had been looking forward to. A disappointing and maddening experience all the way through.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to learn that the visit did not meet your expectations and that the situation caused frustration and affected your plans in Florence. We fully understand how important a visit to the Uffizi Gallery can be, especially when it has been carefully planned as part of a limited travel itinerary. On the day of the visit, an unexpected operational issue affected the usual ticket collection procedure. Specifically, the Uffizi Gallery had to temporarily suspend ticket sales due to a malfunction in the air-conditioning system, which was worsened by the extremely high temperatures recorded during that period. Our staff on site did their best to assist the guests involved and offer an alternative solution based on the information available at that time. We are sorry that this solution was not compatible with your schedule and that the communication you received afterward did not make the process sufficiently clear. Since the reservation was made through a third-party platform, any refund request had to be handled through that platform and in accordance with its procedures. This may have resulted in fragmented communication among the different parties involved, and we regret the additional inconvenience this caused. Your comments regarding the information provided before the visit, the assistance on site, and the follow-up communication have been carefully noted. Feedback of this kind is important in helping us review our procedures and improve the way unexpected situations are handled. We sincerely regret that this experience negatively affected your stay in Florence. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Disappointed
Disappointed, when booking does not state you have to use your own device & download an app, they don’t even tell you to bring earphones with you that you can use we had to walk around with the commentary on loud speaker not very public friendly
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, the day before the visit, we send an information message with instructions on how to download the audio guide and a reminder to bring your own earphones, as they must be personal for hygiene reasons. We are sorry that you did not enjoy the visit, but we look forward to welcoming you on another tour. Kind regards, the ACCORD Team.

Single worst experience of our entire trip.
The audio guide did not work until we left the Museum. We did not receive a Museum map and when requested we were refused any type of refund. We will never use Trip Advisor again.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, we are sorry for the issue with the audio guide and for the inconvenience experienced. Assistance was available during the visit, but we will look into what happened to improve our support and communication. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Easy
Easy to get tickets….but make sure to follow the link to download the tickets. I didn’t do that and it was difficulty to get a WiFi signal in the museum!
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that obtaining the tickets was easy. We are sorry for the difficulties you experienced with downloading them and with the Wi-Fi connection inside the museum. Your comments are important and will be taken into consideration to improve the overall visitor experience. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Why this scores 38
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App cost?
+
Prices start at $19 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 38 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Florence: Uffizi Gallery Timed Ticket with Audio Guide App start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
