Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever with this tour company in Italy. We booked a mini van tour with them where 8 out of the 16 people were from our group, and despite that, they literally left us on the road just because we were 2 minutes late after the trip ended. We kept requesting and calling them, but they showed zero professionalism or humanity. The funniest part is that throughout the entire trip, THEY themselves delayed the bus multiple times and never compensated or even apologized for wasting everyone’s time. But when it came to us being just 2 minutes late, they abandoned us without caring how we would get back. Very rude staff, terrible management, and extremely disappointing service. A tour company should care about customers’ safety and experience, not leave them stranded on the road in another country. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

We saw many sites that...
We saw many sites that included a delicious Tuscan lunch at a local winery. We stopped in many cities with a tour guide on Siena. It is a long day but worth it. Thank you to Luca for being our host on the entire trip.
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the Tuscan lunch, the visits, and Siena, even if it was a long day. We’ll pass your kind words to Luca. Best regards, my Tour in Italy

When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
