Fantastic tour!
Wonderful tour! It was a small group of 6 people and the palace had very few visitors, probably because of the times entrances. Virginia was our guide and she was dynamic and knowledgeable. My husband and I loved this tour! We didn’t have time to do this tour the last time we were in Florence, so we had to do it this time. There are two sets of stairs, about four flights each. There are banisters and they are low in height, but something to consider. I didn’t see an elevator, but worth asking if needed.
Response from the operator: Good Morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Customer, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We are delighted to hear that your visit to Palazzo Vecchio was such a highlight and that Virginia’s dynamic and knowledgeable guidance helped bring the palace’s rich history to life. A small group and a quieter atmosphere can make this extraordinary Florentine treasure even more special, and we are thrilled that you and your husband finally had the chance to enjoy it after missing it on a previous visit. Thank you as well for sharing the helpful accessibility information for future travelers. We hope to welcome you back soon to discover even more of Florence’s remarkable cultural heritage and hidden gems. Arrivederci and see you again soon, Caf Tour & Travel

No tour… out $$
We had our experience canceled after the 24 hour period by our tour guide and I couldn’t figure out how to get online and request my refund as it’s a 3rd party
Response from the operator: Good morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Reve, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about the cancellation of your visit to Palazzo Vecchio. Unfortunately, the cancellation was initiated directly by the museum, which was beyond our control. In this case, you should have canceled your reservation through the Viator app before the cutoff period, as we are unable to process cancellations on your behalf. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. Our best regards

Responsable touroperator Viator/ Caf tour and travel didn't pass our reservation visit with audioguide, to the ticket office. So we could not do the visit wich we've paid 112 euro for. We tried to call several times several numbers, no answer or nobody who helped us....be warned !!!

Something you don't want to miss
This was a great unexpected tour. This tour was booked through our travel agent, and it was very nice! We were not sure what to expect, but we were all pleasantly surprised. We had a great tour guide that took us through Palazzo Vecchio and the Arnolfo Tower. Very knowledgeable and there were only 6 of us on the tour. After the tour, 4 of us had opted for the dinner, and we had a lovely 4 course Italian dinner in Palazzo Vecchio. Would recommend this tour to anyone who goes to Florence!
Response from the operator: Dear britt0478, thank you for having joined one of our activities and having shared your experience with us and our common readers! We are happy to see that you appreciated so much our Florence Palazzo Vecchio and Arnolfo Tower Sunset Tour with Dinner! We hope to welcome you again in the future, there's so much more to see and experience! Best regards

Why this scores 37
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit cost?
+
Prices start at $58 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 37 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Florence Palazzo Vecchio: Reserved Entrance Ticket & Visit start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
