Never got to use the bus tour
After our walking tour, we could not find the location to pickup the bus in time to use. Had to get on our bus back to the ship.

Total Ripp Off !
Not worth it. The tour guide offered a walking tour for $5 euros each that basically walked us through a very crowded area. She gave minimal information on a few sites. Half of the customers walked away before the final stop. We completed the walk at the square and by the time we stopped for lunch we didn't have enough time to walk and get on the hop on hop off bus as it would not have completed a full of round and get us back to the shuttle back to Livorno. We waited for the bus for an hour.

We were unable to use the tickets we pre-purchased as our time in Florence was limited and after waiting almost an hour at the bus stop we had to move on if we wanted to be able to see anything

So bad!!!
Delays. Too long of interval between buses (35 min), which meant no quick stops. Audio didn’t match drive (very confusing). Only 1 line available We never got off until round trip. We have requested full refund. Our worst hop on hop off experience ever.
