    Indicated timeframe unreliable

Don't believe the timeline given by Viator, except from the start hour everything can change depending on the museum tickets purchased by the operator.

    Excellent! Highly recommend.

The meet up was a bit confusing, but once we connected, it was great! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. This was a perfect tour for us since we had limited time to spend in Florence, and it allowed for us to see several of the most important sites without waiting in long lines. There were only 5 of us including our guide which made for a personalized experience.

    HORRIBLE

DO NOT BOOK! During this 5 hour tour we were with the guide for a total of 1.5 hrs. The tour started at 11:00 am. We did not enter Academmia until 11:30am. We were done by 12:15pm and sent off for lunch. The second part of the tour started at 1:30 pm. The walking tour that was supposed to be 1 hr lasted 30 minutes before we were released to explore on our own. At 2:00 pm we were told to return at 3:00 for a tour of Uffizi Gallery. We waited until 3:45 pm and the tour guide never returned. We were waiting with all the other participants so it was not only us that could not find the guide. We called the tour company and they tried to call her but it just rang and rang. The tour was supposed to end at 4:00 pm so unfortunately we left. I contacted Viator for a refund/partial refund and they’ve refused. This was our second Viator tour in Italy this year and both were terrible experiences. We’ll never use Viator again.

Response from the operator: Dear Lauren Greetings from my tour in Italy team We feel sorry to hear this review from you. We have investigated what happened. First of all we want to specificate that this is a tour but with three parts: Accademia, Walking and Uffizi . It is not necessary the same guide for the three stages since are different places. The time of the Accademia tour is 11:15 so 15 minutes the guide withdrew the ticket and you entered inside. The second part of the tour was walking tour, which started at 13:30 and ended at 14:30 and you had difficulty to find the meeting point. The guide informed that you had 30 minutes free time and you will meet with her in the meeting point for the 3rd part at the Uffizi. We waited for you at the Uffizi, we also tried to contact you, we called at your phone number but you didn’t answer. The guide continued the tour with the other customers. When you called us the guide was inside so she couldn’t answer.Since the Uffizi is 2 hour the tour has finished at 17:15. The guide Manuela is one of the best guides, it’s the first time that she receive a negative review . We feel sorry that you couldn’t do the tour, but the other customers were there without any problem, so we have follow the rules. If you have something else to add you can contact us at : customercare@mytours.it We remain at your disposal Best regards

    My favourite excursion!

This was by far our favourite experience whilst staying in Florence. Our tour guide, Emmanuelle was fantastic! So knowledgeable about both galleries, the artwork and the city of Florence. She was incredibly interesting and we could have listened to her talk for hours. Both galleries are stunning and we are so glad we chose to have a guided tour.

Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.

How much does Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo cost?

    +

Prices start at $107 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.

Is Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Florence Highlights: Uffizi, Accademia & Duomo start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Florence?

    +

On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Florence?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
