They will change the time of the tour at the last mimute
We booked several months ago and a couple of days before we showed up, they moved the time of our visit which conflicted with another tour. We booked early so we could get an early morning slot which we were unable to do now. I am certain they dropped us for a cruise tour group, etc.
Response from the operator: Hi, We’re sorry the time change disrupted your plans, especially after you booked early to secure a morning visit. Tour times can occasionally change for several operational reasons, but we aim to manage these changes carefully and communicate them as clearly as possible. Please email feedback@crowntours.com with your booking reference number and any additional details. Our team will check what happened and get back to you. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours

Great informative tour
Lauredana was our guide and shared so much information about the evolution of the painting styles over time
Response from the operator: Hi Annemarie, Following the evolution of painting styles through time sounds like a fascinating way to understand the works at the Accademia. We’re glad Lauredana’s knowledge added that wider context and helped you see the collection through a different lens. Thank you for sharing your experience! Best wishes, Sky Crown Tours

Highly recommended
Claudia D was a fantastic tour guide! She knew so much, and shared very interesting details. She also recommended a place for lunch that was very good and reasonably priced. One suggestion: include in the information that’s sent out about the meeting place about who/what to look for. There were several tour companies who start their tours in the same piazza. Some other people on our tour knew to look for people in purple shirts from Crown Tours; otherwise, we wouldn’t have known who to look for.
Response from the operator: Claudia’s knowledge, interesting details, and even her lunch recommendation clearly made your Florence visit a great one. Thank you Michelle as well for the helpful note about identifying our team in the busy piazza. Knowing to look for the purple shirts should be clearer in the meeting information, and we appreciate you pointing that out. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours

Good but short
It was a good tour but it was really short. travel guide was very informative. She didn’t make it boring, but would’ve had more time to learn more about some other pieces, though we did look at the visit concerns and a couple other paintings would be nice to give more time to other painting
Response from the operator: We appreciate the balanced feedback. It's great to hear that your guide was informative and kept the Accademia visit interesting, though we understand that the short duration left you wishing for more time with the other paintings. Your comments on the tour's scope and pacing are valuable to us. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
