They didn’t show up and they didn’t let us know that they’re not coming. We waited outside under the sun with two young kids.

You waited in the sun with two young kids and nobody from us turned up or called you, and there is no excuse I can give that makes that alright. Since then we have rewritten our meeting point details so the map pin and the written directions actually match, and we now ask every guest for a phone number that works in Italy so the driver can call the moment something goes wrong. None of that gives you your afternoon back, I know. If you have not had your money back yet, please get in touch and I will sort it out myself. And if you are ever in Florence again, the tour is on us.

NOT a Tour of Historic Center!
The advertised title of this tour is "Private Tour of the Historic Center of Florence by Golf Car". VERY MISLEADING! I booked this because it was one of the few that said it toured "the Historic CENTER" of Florence. and I paid over $100 to go the same day. It was exactly the same tour as the MUCH cheaper ones (also ones from different companies) that correctly say that the tour gives "over-views" from the hills above Florence. There WAS NO "HISTORIC CENTER". Simone was very nice -- and knowledgable. And we had the great views from the hills that other tours have. Just NOT as Advertised -- and I am highly disappointed in Viator.

It runs along the river past Santa Trinita and Ponte Vecchio, then climbs up to San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo for the views. It's a good tour, but it wasn't the one the title sold you, and paying over $100 same day for that is a fair thing to be annoyed about. We have since renamed the listing to Florence Golf Cart Private Tour: Piazzale Michelangelo at Sunset, and rewritten the description and every single stop so it says plainly where the cart goes. Your review is the reason we did it. Glad Simone looked after you. I'll tell him you said so.

Great way to see many...
Great way to see many sights in a short time. Riding around in the golf cart provides a nice breeze and shade on a very hot day. Our guide, Freddie was very kind and informative. He also took very nice pictures of us at the various locations. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone. It is especially good if you are not spending a lot of time in Florence and you want to see many things in a short time.

The time was incorrect and the tour started a half hour later than expected
