Duomo Complex 3 day skip the line tour
Awesome skip the line tour with 3 day access to the Doumo complex: tour of the Cathedral crypts of Resparata, the Baptistery , climb the Dome, the Bell Tower etc. The only thing I would recommend is to send the tickets to your customers electronically. We had to find a person to get paper tickets from and then help us load the audio onto our phones. The directions could just be clearer on where to go and automate the process. But the rest of the experience was great. Would definitely recommend.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are happy that the Duomo complex experience was fantastic and appreciated. We will take your suggestions about electronic tickets and clearer directions into account to make the process smoother. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Excellent! Very pleased. Allowed us to climb the Dome!
This pass was really great. We had a last-minute medical trip to Florence and wanted to see the sites with about two weeks notice. The dome climb and a lot of the main attractions were fully booked for the entire month of July via the main attraction for websites. However, this pass allowed us to get in at an appointed time and climb the dome in addition to some of the main attractions that were part of this past. The meeting point information sounded questionable as we were supposed to meet someone near the entrance in a yellow smock however, the representative was there on time ( not early) as described, and everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend if you’re unable to get a normal ticket and still want to do the dome climb while getting access to everything in the normal Brunaschellis pass. Also, the app was very easy to use and it stored your ticket that you can pull up at any time with the scanner barcode. We did not have to use the scanner because the rep that Matt had our tickets printed already with our names on it. Don’t lose your paper ticket after the initial visit because you’ll need it to access all other points and scan scanners for turnstile gates Canadian couple here.
Response from the operator: Dear Nikki, thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear that our pass helped you visit the Dome and other must-see sites in Florence. It’s great to know the meeting point worked smoothly and that our representative was there on time to help you get started. We also appreciate your feedback about the app, we’re happy you found it easy to use and convenient for storing your tickets. Thank you for highlighting the importance of keeping the paper ticket for other entries, that’s very helpful advice for future visitors. We truly hope to welcome you back to Florence again one day for another wonderful experience! Best wishes, ACCORD Team

How far in advance should I book Florence Duomo and Brunelleschi Dome Entry w/ 2 Audio-guide Apps?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
