We had a great experience...
We had a great experience on this tour! Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable and engaging—and did a great job getting us through the city center, Accademia, and Uffizi. We happened to visit on a day that was unbelievably crowded, but our guide navigated the crowds well and made sure we still saw all of the must-see artwork and statues. Definitely recommend!

I found this tour to be extremely disappointing for the amount of money spent. We spent so much time in the Acadamia even though the gallery had so much more art. Out tour guide used RayBan AI glasses the entire time. Skip the line was the best part about this tour
Response from the operator: Dear Okivia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is true that, on that particular day, we spent a little more time than usual inside the Accademia. Since this is a small-group tour rather than a private tour, the timing can sometimes vary slightly depending on the interaction with the other guests. In this case, some additional questions from members of the group meant that we spent approximately 10–15 minutes longer at the Accademia than originally planned. However, the complete itinerary was still covered, and all the time spent inside the museum was dedicated to explanations and discussion about the artworks. We certainly did not spend that additional time without providing any content or commentary. Our goal is always to make the experience as informative and engaging as possible for everyone in the group. Regarding the price, we regularly monitor the prices of comparable tours offered by other companies, and I can assure you that our pricing is very much in line with the market average. We are neither the most expensive nor the cheapest option. It is also important to consider that this is a four-hour tour, and the price does not simply cover the guide’s time. It also includes the museum entrance tickets, which alone represent approximately 50% of the total amount paid. In other words, if you were to visit the museums independently, you would still spend roughly half of what you paid for the tour just on admission tickets, but without having a professional guide accompanying you for four hours, explaining the artworks, providing historical and cultural context, and sharing information about the city during the walking portions of the tour. For this reason, the value of a guided tour cannot be assessed simply by looking at how much time is spent in one particular museum, but rather by considering the full experience and all the costs and services included. Regarding the glasses mentioned in the review, I would also like to clarify that the Meta AI functionality was turned off throughout the entire tour. These are actually my prescription glasses, equipped with transition lenses. When I was inside the museums, the lenses were transparent, while outside, when exposed to sunlight, they automatically became darker. They are simply the glasses I use on a daily basis, and I do not carry a separate pair specifically for the museum and another pair for outdoors. I am glad that the skip-the-line access was appreciated, and I nevertheless appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. We will always take comments into consideration as we continue to improve our tours.

Amazing Sights
Our tour of the galleries and city center was very solid, not exceptional. Perhaps due in part to the sheer amount of amazing art works and architecture, the information provided was sometimes overwhelming and excessive - too much coming at us. Our guide Deborah was very knowledgeable, passionate, and pleasant, but perhaps due to the tour's structure, the information delivery became a little much and tiring. Overall, the tour was definitely worth our time, but maybe it was the wrong experience for us.

This was a fabulous way to see the best of the Academia, especially Michelangelo’s David and also the Ufizzi as well as to see and learn about the main historical buildings in the center of Florence Debra was so knowledgeable about Florence and about each and every one of the artworks we saw . She made everything interesting and enjoyable and she was so thoughtful of us
