Passionate guides, great communication, highly recommend!
Our Uffizi guide Vanessa was amazing!! She spoke with so much passion and had so many good stories to tell - some of our group were not art fans but we were all so engaged all afternoon by Vanessa’s enthusiasm. Well organised, great tour, great communication - highly recommend Towns of Italy!

Bike ride and meet David
Visiting David and being guided through museum was really interesting then riding through city streets and enjoying a delicious gelato.Guide was excellent really great way to have introduction to city
via Tripadvisor
Great day on foot and on bike. Two for.
My daughter and I had a great time. Both guides were very good. Process was easy and both tours went without a hitch. Gelato towards the end of the bike tour was a nice touch. We were going to do the walking tour luckily it was sold out as we were both very happy we did the bike tour instead. And of course seeing the statue of David with a description was very nice. The audio headsets worked great on both tours and make a huge difference.

Great way to see and learn about Florence!
We had a short stay in Florence, so this was the perfect way to see and learn a lot about the city’s most important highlights in a relatively short amount of time. Our guides for both were welcoming and knowledgeable, I learned a lot from them both. Highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Dear Marlee C. , we are glad to read that you chose Florencetown for your stay in Florence, and we also appreciate the time you spent writing this marvellous review; this is a fundamental element in order to maintain the quality standards at its best and exceed the expectations of our guests. We hope you will be soon our guest on another of our experiences, maybe on one of a different typology, so that you may have an even more complete overall picture of Florencetown’s quality and passion. We are always at disposal for any information or question, so don’t hesitate to contact us! Best regards Thomas Varriale Guest Relations Florencetown

Excellent Way to See The Main Attractions!!!
We bought this combo tour package on our first trip to Florence. The bike tour was great and hits all the major spots around the city and provides historical facts about the various sites. Our guide Sara was a lot of fun. Biking was easy, other than the heat, since Florence city center is relatively flat but it can be somewhat chaotic with the mix of pedestrian, bike and car traffic. The bike tour lasted about 2.5 hours and ended with gelato (included). The accedemia gallery tour was about 30 minutes after and lasted about 1.5 hours. 1.5 hours was the perfect amount of time there unless you want to see every item and read every word of every plaque. SKIP THE LINE! It is absolutely worth an extra fee dollars to avoid hours in line and to have a guide. We looked at some of the lesser known items in the gallery and of course had plenty of time with the David, which unlike other famous pieces of art lives up to the hype. The tour ends in the gallery so you can stay longer if you want but we say mostly everything in that time. Highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Dear Toddoballs132002, we are glad to read that you chose Florencetown for your stay in Florence, and we also appreciate the time you spent writing the review. We are also happy to know that the combo worked well and made you spend a lovely time in our company. We hope that Florencetown will be able to welcome you again in Florence, in order to spend another beautiful experience together. We are always at disposal for any information or question, so don’t hesitate to contact us! Best regards Thomas Varriale Guest Relations Florencetown

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options cost?
+
Prices start at $96 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options?
+
Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Florence Accademia & Uffizi Guided Tour Options start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
