Not refound
Dear all, I could not get my ticket, and you promised a full refund. However, I have not received it yet. Could you please confirm when I will receive it? Best regards, Jose Chillemi
Response from the operator: Our records mentioned that you didn't showed up in the meeting point on time
via Viator
The tickets were great. The meeting point was not.
We arrived to the meeting point 30 mins early. No tour guide was present. After 5 minutes late, I inquired on the text chat for assistance. I attempted to contact the local tour guide and viator twice. At 25 minutes past I called again after being hung up on and VM. The representative was able to finally contact the local guide who said we were not in the system. I showed the original email confirmation, the second email confirmation and the e ticket that was downloaded. They offered the next time line for the tour and we hopped right in the line. Once the tickets were in hand, the process was easy. Insanely overpriced but worth skipping the line if your goal is to see ‘David’.

Rip off site.
very unsettling. There was poor directions. No one was at the site stated in the instructions to meet and get tickets. I made several calls that went unanswered. Needless to say a terrible experience. Expected a timed entry per the website and purchase, but was over an hour late.
Response from the operator: However, our records confirm that our representative was present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, you did not arrive at the meeting point on time, so the tickets could not be handed over as planned. Timed-entry bookings require punctual arrival, as museums strictly control admission slots. Therefore, the resulting delay was beyond our control and cannot be attributed to our service. You was in wrong location

Great experience, made it simple
Viator was simple and made our tour easy. Met at the designated place, showed the guide our reservation and he gave us tickets. We were inside within 2 minutes. Definitely worth buying ahead of time.

More than just David
Everyone comes for David, but I ended up enjoying the unfinished sculptures just as much. They give a fascinating look into Michelangelo's work.

What should I bring or wear?
+

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
