Very fun experience, perfect for a short afternoon activity. The staff was great. Ypu do need to organise your own transport, as you can't really call a grab car to the adrenaline park, so maybe look into that before you go.
Response from the operator: Dear Lara, Thank you so much for sharing your review! We are thrilled to hear you had such a fun afternoon ziplining with us and that our team took great care of you. Thank you also for sharing the helpful tip regarding return transportation—that is super useful advice for future travelers heading out to the park. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another adventure next time you visit! Regards, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Fun and active experience for all ages
This was such a lovely getaway short trip from Chiang Mai downtown area. We chose the small obstacle course but in hindsight should have done the medium sized one. We were ready for more! Professionally run and staff that helps throughout the obstacle course. The course finished with a little fun train ride across the countryside. Their lunch was phenomenal - kudos to the chef. We had a friend that opted out, which was not an issue at all. They had a nice lounge area overlooking the trees where she could chill. We were a group of adults of middle age and in front of us there was a family with 2 young kids and they were having a blast zipping through. Would recommend to anyone even those with mild discomfort of heights.
Response from the operator: Hello The Fair, You’ve left a smile on the faces of our whole team with your kind words. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We’re grateful that we had the opportunity to serve you! Regards, Nick

Fun! Safe, and professionally run.
Great fun and very professionally run. Our guides through the zipline were wonderful and also spoke very good English. We ate at the cafe and the food was excellent. Something for everyone in the family whether ziplining or not. Beautiful gardens and water features. I would recommend this experience.
Response from the operator: Dear C4373... Thank you for this touching note. It has been our absolute pleasure to serve you, and we hope that you return soon. Nick

Its a great place to have a fun. You will never forget it. Loved it!
It was so much fun! One of my friends was quite scared at that time, because it’s quite high and took around 3 hours, but in the end she enjoyed it so much. 3 hours is quite short for me though, because it’s so fun so that i didn’t know the hours has passed. If i get a chance going back to Chiang Mai i’ll definitely join this trip again.
Response from the operator: Hey sorrywong, We're delighted to hear you had an amazing experience with us. Our guys on the ground deserve all the credit and we'll definitely pass your message to them. The team here has been at it for many years and our combined experience makes us the best at what we do.Thank you, once again for the kind words, we hope to see you back again ASAP! Regards, Nick

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chiang Mai.
How much does Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $31 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chiang Mai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chiang Mai is not rushed.
Is Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chiang Mai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chiang Mai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chiang Mai and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Flight of the Phoenix: Zipline Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chiang Mai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Chiang Mai?
+
On Outty we rank every Chiang Mai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half-Day Thai Cooking Class at Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, Full Day Thai Cooking at Farm (Chiang Mai), Thai and Akha Cooking Class in Chiang Mai. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Chiang Mai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Chiang Mai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
