If you cook or eat, DO THIS!
Oh, I had the best time! I’m gluten free, so navigating a different culture and language in Panama City was challenging. Cathy is a trained cook and I learned so much about the foods of Panama. The ceviche was especially amazing. We came back after to bring some back as fresh as possible. You can feel her love for food, her country and for sharing it with people.

Amazing Panama Food
The Panama food crawl was great! We had a great variety of foods to try, and everything was very flavorful. Our guide was amazing—very passionate, knowledgeable, and informative. You could really tell how much he enjoys sharing the food and culture of Panama. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this food crawl! Highly Recommend Cathy!!!

The Best Food Tour
This food tour was my favorite part of my Panamá trip. Cathy was a pleasure and full of pride in her country and made sure that my group and I got the most authentic Panamà food experience. We went to a local grocery store, fish market, and food court area to learn about how the foods are sourced, what chooses to be stocked, the routines of fresh fish being delivered, tried some food and juices, and even got a chance to shop for some things to bring back with us to the states (my whole group bought some hit sauces lol). We also went to the Coca-Cola restaurant to try some food, learned the history, and had some Coke too! Like I said before Cathy, herself, was a pleasure. She was so sweet, full of pride, and just amazing. Definitely one of my favorite tours I’ve ever had in life and she was one of the best people I’ve met. I wanted to take her back to Florida with me lol. Definitely book this tour for your next Panamà trip, if you haven’t done so already. I also heard she hosts cooking classes or she cooks for the tourists and that’s something l definitely want to do the next time I’m there. I left with a new friend and more than enough knowledge about Panamà.
