About this experience
This is a small group experience that will teach you a skill you can take with you back to your home country and use everyday. Rhythm is key to all forms of music, and although we will work within flamenco rhythm, this can be applied to any style of music you hear. You'll be up-close and personal with a flamenco guitarist and dancer. One of the most important roles in a Flamenco performance is that of a Palmero (the hand clapper). YES, you heard correctly! You won't ever see a flamenco show without one or two people in the back clapping their hands. What they are doing is called making Compás, or in other words, controlling the rhythm of the dance so that the singer, guitar player, and dancer are all on the same page. This important role sounds easy, but there is an art to clapping your hands in Flamenco, and that's exactly what you will learn in this workshop. Get to know the real Sevilla through the eyes and soul of Flamenco Bienvenido!

A unique and fun experience!
This was a fun and unique experience for a visit to Seville! Mai was delightful and patient, guiding us through clapping and moving exercises. The class occurred in her small dance studio - great for a couple or some friends. We learned a lot about Flamenco dancing and music, and will not be able to experience it the same again. This was a highlight of our trip to Seville!

She made us feel like family
Mai has the perfect personality for this experience. She chose delicious snacks for us. She made us feel successful, even my wife who believes she's rhythm challenged. Mai is clearly a passionate artist with excellent Flemamenco skills, and we felt privileged when she did a little dancing to our rhythm clapping.

Unique insight into the world of flamenco and incredibly great instructors who designed it beautifully!
We had a carefree, educational and beautiful evening with the instructor, the guitarist and even a dancer. We had an incredible amount of fun and would have loved to stay longer, time flew by.

Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.
How much does Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas cost?
+
Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Flamenco Rhythm Class with Wine and Tapas start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
