Ferry to Phi Phi
Ferry trip was booked by Ploy who was fantastic with nothing being to much trouble. She booked us the VIP lounge which was a god send. Phi Phi was brilliant and a must do trip

Ferry madness- pick up deviations.
The ferry ride itself was fine, a little crowded and dropping luggage at the front of the cabin made it difficult and time consuming when it was time to depart. Only 2 aisles and everyone from the back had to wait while people dug through the heaps of luggage and then worked their way back before you could inch up. The most frustrating though was the confusion on pick up at hotel? I tried contact them in the morning before departure and no one was answering the line, fotyunately my hotel staff said they would keep trying for me. My ferry ticket said 12 pm departure, so I made arrangements on Koh Phi Phi to be picked up at 3:30, didn’t get picked up at the hotel in Patong until 12:30 and with traffic arrived at ferry at 1:45- ferry arrived Koh Phi Phi at 3:50. Need better means of communication, information and luggage plan at departure. But, it’s Thailand - be flexible!

Booked airport transfers and ferries to/from Phi Phi. Everything went excellent, great and fast communication via WhatsApp any time of the day. Would recommend them to any traveler (and did. in fact already). Great job!
