Must visit
It was a nice and amazing experience

We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again for another memorable experience in the UAE!

Unprofessional tour - waste of time and money
The entire tour was unprofessional with poor communication, late pickup, old uncomfortable transport, change of itinerary and even a change of vehicle (on the side of a busy road). It was the last day of our holiday we thought it would be nice to experience another one of the Emirates, but because of the changes made and time wasted we only got to visit the Grand Mosque and Ferrari World (which was not the main reason for going unlike some who were even dropped off there before we went to the Mosque!). The other elements of the tour were cancelled without any prior communication.
Response from the operator: Dear Tracey Wye, We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the communication issues, changes in itinerary, and transportation concerns. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how valuable your time was, especially on the last day of your holiday, and we are truly sorry that you were unable to fully enjoy the planned itinerary. We take your comments seriously and will review the situation internally to improve our operations and communication for future guests. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us directly. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Best regards,

Ferrari in Abu Dhabi
Was a terrible experience! The driver made a lot of fun of me, including bulling me. No drink as promised. And the worse think: the driver arranged a time, at the scheduled time he arrived saying that the van was full, that I would have to wait more two hours. If not, I would have to take a taxi back!! So he left me behind and the company wasn't willing to send anyone to pick me up. Terrible attendance!!!
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to see that your experience with our Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour did not meet your expectations. Although this review was posted some time ago, we take all guest feedback seriously as it helps us continue improving our services. The concerns you mentioned regarding the driver’s conduct and transfer arrangements are not in line with the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Over the past years, we have continued to review and improve our operations, including guest communication and service standards, to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our visitors. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with the quality service our guests expect. Best regards,

Abu Dhabi & Ferrari world
Great tour & tour guide. Abu Dhabi was just amazing! Enjoyed my time in the tour. Ferrari world was a blast too! Great for kids but a good 5/6 activities for adults too.

Disorganized and not as promised
The pickup ride showed up one and a half hours late. The AC of the bus on the way to Abudhabi did not work and it was old and dirty. We had to wait at the Zayed mosque for an extra hour for the replacement bus. Hence, they cut the city tour way too short. The Ferrari world was not impressive. Half of the rides/attractions were completely closed. We ended up using two roller coasters which were good. Ended up getting to the hotel around 10 PM. Totally doesn’t worth the experience and time. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up cost?
+
Prices start at $158 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 33 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ferrari World Theme Park and Abu Dhabi Tour with Pick Up start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
