Stunning and Refreshing Day with Expert Guides
I had the absolute pleasure of doing this tour with my partner and we both had a wonderful time. We were blessed with having two guides with us who's knowledge, expertise and care for our comfort was absolutely top throughout the day. We are used to travelling in a bit more modesty so the care and attention we received was truly amazing and created an incrediblely relaxing environment the entire time. Despite such a long day, it was the most refreshed I have felt on our whole 5 week trip across the continent. For reference, we have been doing 25,000 step days. On this whole day, it was just 10,000. As for the activities themselves, all were amazing. As someone with a lifetime of interest in cars, Ferrari was the headline however that should take nothing away from Pavarotti's house or the Parmesan trip. All sections were well worth the stop and I am very glad we did this tour rather than purely focusing on one aspect of the region. For anyone in two minds, I would 100% recommend this. Especially if the rest of your itinerary is packed with trains and walking.

Fantastic Emilia Romagna Experience
The tour operator was so kind in accommodating us with a pickup in our town outside Florence and offering our group private transport rather than the train. They were extremely helpful and responsive. Paolo, our driver, took care to make sure we saw all the sites: the Ferrari museum, the Pavorotti house museum (which was fantastic), Modena, the Santuario Madonna di San Luca, and Bologna. This tour enabled us to partake in so many interesting sites and experiences. It was wonderful. The highest praises for the stop in Modena and the guide who walked us through the production of Balsamic vinegars. She was wonderful, and our teenage kids loved it! They also really enjoyed the Pavorotti house so don't miss it! The only disappointment was that the guide in Bologna's radio was broken so it was difficult to hear. I also would have skipped the tortellini stop to spend more time elsewhere. The University of Bologna was also great.

+

Is Ferrari & Pavarotti Private Day Trip to from Florence suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ferrari & Pavarotti Private Day Trip to from Florence?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
