A must do for any football fan!
We booked with our son who is a wheelchair user and prior to going we had concerns that the tour wouldn't be for us. Well, it was and it was brilliant! Firstly, booking was made so easy by contacting directly and Ollie who we dealt with answered every conceivable question we had in fluent English. Due to our own time restrictions we had to book onto the Disabled Access Tour in German as the English tour was full. Our German is embarrassingly poor (limited to Danke and bitte!), so we fully expected the tour to be a visual one only. However. Veronica who was our tour guide was fabulous! She apologised at the start that it was a German tour but she would add in bits of English and apologised that her English "wasn't very good". She was being modest, her English was brilliant and she gave us so much of an insight into the club and stories and facts in perfect English (which we were very grateful for). Getting around woth our son's wheelchair was made easy too and we even got pitchside which made our son's day! Really informative tour and a brilliant guide, well worth the trip from Wales to Munich. A must do for any football fan.

Poor
Firstly we made a mistake reading the booking details so we made our own way out to the stadium. We met the group there and completed the stadium tour. However we tried several times to contact gray line and the customer services to no avail. We then asked the tour guide could we get on the coach on the way home but she informed us that there was no room on the bus which we couldn’t understand as our two seats should still have been available
Response from the operator: We are sorry to hear that the situation caused some confusion. As you mentioned, you travelled to the Allianz Arena independently and therefore did not join the coach at the scheduled departure point. We would like to clarify that seats cannot remain reserved indefinitely when guests do not appear for the booked departure. If there are no-shows and other guests wish to book the tour spontaneously on site, the available seats may be reassigned. For this reason, the two seats originally included in your booking were unfortunately no longer available for the return journey. We understand that this was disappointing, but once the original coach departure has been missed, we cannot guarantee that seats will remain available later in the day.

Overpriced and terrible audio quality..waste of money
The tour of the Allianz stadium itself was terrific. Great guide and we got to see all the important areas of the stadium. Could have got that for the price of less than EUR 20 a ticket though. Instead I paid more than 5x that for a Munchen tour guide in a bus with horrific audio equipment. The guide spoke ONto the mic for 2 hours and it was impossible to hear a word of what she said. My advice: buy your tickets on the website of the stadium directly. You just need to book early.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the Allianz Arena tour itself and that you had a great experience with the stadium guide. We’re sorry to hear that the panoramic city tour did not meet your expectations due to the audio quality. We understand how important clear commentary is for enjoying the experience and will share your feedback with our operations team so the audio equipment can be checked and improved where necessary. Regarding the pricing, our tour combines round-trip transportation, a panoramic city tour, and a guaranteed stadium tour reservation in one package. While it is also possible to purchase stadium tickets directly through FC Bayern, availability is often limited and tickets sell out well in advance. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving our tours, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Munich.
How much does FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $58 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Munich usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Munich is not rushed.
Is FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 181 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Munich, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour?
+
Around 63 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Munich can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Munich and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does FC Bayern Munich Allianz Arena Tour and Panoramic Munich Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Munich within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Munich?
+
On Outty we rank every Munich experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site Tour with Train from Munich, Munich Classic Bike Tour @ 11.30am with Surfers & beergarden stop, Dachau Memorial Half-Day Tour from Munich (Early-Start). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Munich?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Munich?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
