Unclear and Overpriced Ticket
⭐️ Disappointing experience regarding the ticket price I booked a fast boat ticket from Sanur to Nusa Penida. During the booking process, a person I did not know came with me and spoke to the staff in Indonesian. When I asked about the price, I was told that the ticket cost IDR 500,000, which I paid. However, when I returned from Nusa Penida to Sanur, I bought another ticket and paid only IDR 400,000. I asked the staff why there was a difference, and they told me that the ticket price was IDR 400,000, not IDR 500,000. What disappointed me was that nobody clearly explained why I had been charged an extra IDR 100,000 on my first trip. I went back to the office in Sanur to ask for an explanation and make a complaint, but unfortunately, the office was closed. I would appreciate a clear explanation from the company regarding why I was charged IDR 500,000 instead of IDR 400,000. I would have accepted any additional fee if it had been clearly explained to me before payment.

Scam company that doesn’t exist
The company didn’t seem to actually exist. The “meeting point” had other companies there, who had never heard of penidago

Easy Booking, Good Communication!
Company did a great job communicating with a WhatsApp confirmation two days before and clear link to the meeting point at Sanur Harbor and a name for the boat you will take. If you have a driver waiting in Nusa Penida, that’s the name they will need to track your arrival. Covered shaded spot to wait until they lead you to the harbor building when your boat is ready for boarding at the pier. No complaints.

We took the VIP session which was 150 more and we were not a lot of people in the boat so which made it even more nicer
