This is a tour of the entire National Mall on tricycle and includes the Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, FDR Memorial, MLK Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Korean, Vietnam and WWII War Memorials, and the White House, as well as other memorials. We also conduct night tours, which usually include all the amazing lit-up sights (our favorites at night are The White House, World War II, Lincoln, Jefferson, Roosevelt and the Capitol).

Motorized scooter tour of DC - Excellent!!
This motorized scooter tour was the highlight of our trip to DC. With my granddaughters (9 and 12) we travelled all over DC seeing monuments and important buildings. Barry was an excellent guide, leading us safely through the city, and full of age appropriate stories and facts.

Worth Every Penny and More!!
There has long been the saying, “You get what you pay for”, and in the case of Adventure DC Tours you get so much more. We had the pleasure of having Barry, the owner and operator of Adventure DC Tours, take us on the 4 hour+ tricycle cab tour, and it was absolutely the highlight of our trip! Even our 15-year-old daughter, with the typical teen’s need to look at their phone, only had it out to take pictures. If you look at a map of the capital, and all the green space around the national mall, then you have a good idea of what the tour covered. We saw the entirety of the mall, the ellipse, the tidal basin, and every building and monument along the way, with the freedom to stop where we wanted. Barry is an absolute encyclopedia of knowledge about everything we saw and took us to hidden away little spots we’d never heard of before. We whole-heartedly recommend Adventure DC Tours to anyone looking for the best personalized tour in DC!

Great way to DC monuments
we brought our 8 & 9 year old granddaughters on this tour. It was very informative and fun. A great way to see the monuments and memorials.
