Very Memorable Hue Visit

BNT helped us with the transfer from Danang to Hue, a day tour in Hue and transfer to Danang Airport. The overall service from planning, to the driver and the tour guide was excellent. During planning, they gave us some ideas of the key sights to visit, advice on timing etc. The lunch that was arranged provided an opportunity to taste real local Hue food and with the locals. The car was clean and Mr Quang the driver was a very safe driver. He always made sure we get cold bottled water each time we return to the car after some longer sight visits as the weather was really hot. Ruby the guide spoke excellent English and was very detailed in her explanation on the history of the sights (pagoda, tombs, incense village). Throughout the trip, Linh was also always checking in on our tour and providing advice on weather, food etc. Overall, they have helped made our Hue Visit very memorable !

Memorable experience

The tour was a memorable experience. Our guide Ms Trinh, a local from Hue and a former English teacher, was fantastic. She conducted an excellent tour of the imperial city of Hue, narrating the history of the city in a captivating manner and ensured that we got a good understanding of all the sites and the history or Vietnam. Bonus points for her funny demeanor.

Superior Service for Any Visitors to Vietnam

My family (4 Americans: myself and my girlfriend, and my parents in their 70s, my father a Vietnam veteran) booked a wide variety of services (cars, guides, flights, hotels) in northern and central Vietnam with Ms. Tam at BNT, and not only received superior service that resulted in a fantastic overall trip, but led to some fantastic connections with Ms. Tam, her family, and other BNT tour guides and drivers in and around Hue. Ms. Tam worked with my father and I for several months in advance to customize the trip in the way that he wanted. As an army engineer during the conflict, my father wanted to see the road that he had built west of Hue, which is still in use today. From the moment we landed in Hanoi, our expectations were exceeded. After an excellent time in the city and a truly once-in-a-lifetime overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, we flew to Hue. The private countryside tour Ms. Tam and BNT provided based on my father's requests was fantastic. Our guide, Mr. Sam, was wonderful. He had expert level knowledge of the region's history, including both the conflict with America and the history of Hue's Ancient City and its restoration, in which he is intimately involved. It was an honor and a blessing to have him as a guide. I could go on, but you're only going to read so much in an online review - Ms. Tam and BNT went on to provide us with excellent experiences in Bach Ma National Park, at the Golden Bridge, in Hoi An, and in Da Nang. If you need help seeing Vietnam, you can't go wrong with BNT and Ms. Tam! One last note: I'm tardy in writing this review - our trip was in February-March 2019. TripAdvisor's menu won't allow for a time further back than April 2019 as I write this.

It was good for me to travel from Danang - Hue - Hoi An The driver is good and he take care me and my friends always trip.

Danang & Hue Private Car With Driver

BNT Travel is very highly recommended by me and my family. We had 2 bookings: transfer from hotel in Danang to hotel in Lang Co/Hue, and Private Car with Driver for 1 day tour of attractions in Hue. Ms Tam made arrangements for both trips. She was enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and easily contactable via WhatsApp or email. She was humorous and very fast in responding to my WhatsApp messages, usually within a couple of minutes, amazing! My first driver was Mr Thien. He was punctual and spoke pretty good English. He was very informative and chatted with us constantly during the drive from Danang to Lang Co/Hue. He was friendly and patiently waited for us while we checked in at the hotel reception, then drove us to our villa. The driver for our 1-day Hue excursion was Mr Bi. He spoke pretty good English as well. He was punctual, friendly, helpful and very patient. We did not have a tour guide but Mr Bi was able to introduce the various attractions to us during the drive. It was raining and he helped to shelter my family out of the car with an umbrella at each stop; we appreciate that. He recommended good restaurants for our lunch and dinner. After dinner, he patiently waited for us while we shopped along the streets. For both rides, FREE WIFI was provided in the car. My family were pleasantly surprised by that! Both cars were new and very comfortable. Many thanks to BNT Travel, Ms Tam for making the arrangements and Mr Thien and Mr Bi for their excellent service and professionalism. I would highly recommend BNT Travel and their team to my relatives and friends when they visit Danang and Hue.
