Zip lining and falls were great

We booked this excursion through Sandals South Coast for my wife and I. We were there with several others from the resort. We were going to zip line and experience the falls. The zip lining was very fun and definitely a thrill. They took every precaution to make sure that you Felt safe both from an equipment standpoint and health standpoint, providing sanitizer , clean equipment and masks on all public transports. Denesha was our guide for the zipline and she was awesome. Very informative, clear and fun. She made sure everyone felt safe and had a good time. There are 5 zip lines to experience, each different in speed and length. The falls were really pretty and there are a couple of different rope swings if you are so inclined. There was someone there to takes pictures. You will need some cash to tip guides if you feel like it as well as purchase food or items from the gift store. This is how many of the locals earn a living, so we always feel like it’s important to tip accordingly.

Response from the operator: Good morning thanks for your feedback however, unfortunately Jamaicaexperience.tours wasn’t the company who you book with for that tour, also you are reviewing the attraction and not a transportation company. Your review is VERY POSITIVE but they have gotten a 4 star rating from you which is affecting us on our path because it’s on our page, we’d like for you to delete this from our page and place this at its appropriate business of experience in Jamaica, Thanks for your consideration.

Great and Fun Experience

My favorite part of the experience is that he always provided if you ask him. For example, if you want snacks, food, or fruits, he will always find a place to go. He’s also very professional and fun to be around.

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for acknowledging us in how we treat our clients as family. Once again thanks for your support and this kind review🙏🏾.

The best part of the island, a day with Leon

Second time back and we had to find Leon again for more amazing island experiences! He never lets us down, always making the experience unique and exciting as he truly cares about making sure you get to see Jamaica for its beauty while having the most fun possible. We did pelican bar which is MUST for authentic delicious Jamaican cuisine and an irie vibe in the middle of the water. YS falls was beautiful and we had plenty of time to do the rope swing and take in the beauty of the waterfalls. We also did a second day with Leon for rafting down Martha brae which was the coolest experience to soak in Jamaica’s natural beauty. Leon makes you feel safe as well as relaxed with good conversation and great driving. We will continue to use him for the best experience possible for enjoying all parts of this beautiful country.

Response from the operator: God Bless you for your business and thanks for choosing us. Once again thanks for your support and this kind review🙏🏾.
