Horrifying experience
This is terrible. I showed up on that day. No one showed up, then they sent a message saying my tour is cancelled and I got a full refund. They didn’t event help to find me a tour. I was left there alone.
Response from the operator: We are very sorry for the cancellation and understand your frustration. Unfortunately incident like this happens once a while for companies. We make sure this issue doesn’t happen again in the future. Again we apologize for your inconvenience.

An experience you'll never forget
Wow, what a fantastic experience. This tour took in pretty much everything you can do and see in a day in and around Banff and Lake Louise. We were fortunate enough to have a private car as we were the only ones booked for that day and our driver Aziz was amazing. He was so knowledgable about the areas we went to, the wildlife and history of the region so that just added to an incredible day. I would highly recommend this tour (and if you can get Aziz that will be an extra bonus)!!!

Most amazing day!!
This day trip was incredible. It was a small group-about 8 people so it was a nice personal experience. Aziz was a great guide. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Also a great driver! Loved all of the stops-we had sufficient time to explore them all. The lakes were stunning-just like in pictures. Banff is the cutest town with many options for lunch and shopping. Definitely recommend this tour and guide.
