Mismatch
Great outfit selection, but a lack of understanding of the outfit and culture is a challenge. Didn't get the hat position right for my wife, and the photographer is oblivious. Missing item: a hat for my daughter. The venue is too hot, not great for a photoshoot in a thick outfit. Lack of proper changing space; only a smelly wooden shack toilet is available. Advice on outfit selection should be provided instead. I took the emperor outfit, which doesn't match the village environment. The cost is high, and more thought needs to be put into this program.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Regarding the headdress, we would like to clarify that the way your wife wore it was not actually incorrect. The traditional Nhật Bình costume can be styled in slightly different ways, and the position of the headdress may vary depending on the styling and the wearer's face shape. We have also reminded our photographer to pay closer attention to these details in the future. As for your daughter not having a conical hat, this is completely normal. The conical hat is only an optional photo prop and is not a required accessory that comes with the traditional outfit. We also appreciate your comments regarding the venue, changing facilities, outfit recommendations, and overall experience. We will pass all of your suggestions to our team and photographer so we can continue improving the program for future guests. Thank you again for your honest feedback and support.

Visit memories of fishing village memory house and experience traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum
The trip was enjoyable, everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. The tour guide is dynamic and agile, answering all customers' questions. Sales staff and operations staff guide guests about the tour schedule very enthusiastically. Here we had a memory trip to the fishing village house at Dong Dinh Museum, this will be the place to bring visitors back to learn about the life of the Cham people. This place preserves a vivid picture of fishing, bringing visitors back to "old memories". Every detail of the fishing village memory house brings a true feeling of old everyday life. There are beautiful photos of wearing traditional Vietnamese Costumes taken by photographers from the Sannatour company. Thank Sannatour Company for letting everyone experience this exciting trip.

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Da Nang.
How much does Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum cost?
+
Prices start at $104 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Da Nang usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Da Nang is not rushed.
Is Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Da Nang, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2.5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Da Nang can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Da Nang and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Experience Traditional Vietnamese Costumes at Dong Dinh Museum start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Da Nang within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Da Nang?
+
On Outty we rank every Da Nang experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills Small Group Tour, Marble Mountains - Am Phu Cave - Monkey Mountain Sunset tour, Lady Buddha, Marble Mountains, Coconut Jungle & Hoian City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Da Nang?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Da Nang?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
