Worst business Class experience with Emirates Airline
I flew from Dubai to Boston on the 22 nd March 2023 . My seat was booked for Economy class but when I boarded the aircraft it was full and I thought why not get upgraded to business. I asked the Air hostess if an upgrade was possible she initially said no but then came back to me and said there is a possibility. I paid $3000 for an upgrade and thought I will be comfortable and have the best experience possible. I was given a middle seat in the business class which was so tight and so uncomfortable and the seat which had issues with the recline and when I complained about it I was told that I will be moved to another seat which never happened and I also asked them please refund me and I will move back to my original seat in the economy and they replied back to saying that it was not possible. Anyways long story short it was one of the worst experiences I have had where the seat was uncomfortable and the food that was given to me was different than what they were serving to other passengers in the business class as I will not be able to get the same food cause it was a last minute upgrade. Why I am saying all this is cause I want to let people know before they decide to travel business class with Emirates Airline especially in the Boeing 777 ER. Please do not spend your hard earned money with this airline.

A thousand and one nights experience!
It is an experience to live at least once in a lifetime! Lunch at Emirates Palace is something to remember! On the location you can only spend a few words: luxurious, fine, elegant, wonderful. The interiors are a succession of inlays, marbles, crystals, gold, friezes... the attention to detail - as well as cleanliness - of each surface is at the highest levels. We were greeted flawlessly by the staff who kindly accompanied us to the restaurant rooms: needless to say, the sea view was spectacular. I really appreciated the efforts to converse and explain the dishes in Italian: it was a real courtesy to the host! At lunch we were obviously served typical local dishes, accompanied by delicious freshly baked Arabic sandwiches! Hummus of chickpeas, sauces and salad seasoned local spices perfectly accompanied the "breadsticks" of crisp bread that resembled our Carasau bread. As a main course we had spiced fish, rice and meat. Finally, for dessert, dates, crepes and orange mousse ended the meal, accompanied by typical Arabic coffee. Truly a unique and wonderful experience, I absolutely recommend it!

Awesome family holiday
We went for my husbands birthday. This place is a unique experience for families whom want a private getaway with a pool and slides for kids. The room are ornate and food very nice, best of all are the butlers, pool staff and manager Younas he was very hospitable and even took us to our rooms! We ate at the buffet restaurant which was brilliant too much fish, the Indian marthaban was lovely and tasty but portions very small and the Lebanese was the best! The kids club, camel ride and kayaking was great fun! The camel man was very welcoming and his kava was refreshing! 5 star experience over all!
Response from the operator: Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your valuable comment with us! We are delighted to know that you liked this trip with us. Thank you for choosing Gray Line! Hope to see you again with us!

Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Abu Dhabi.
How much does Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi cost?
+
Prices start at $338 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Abu Dhabi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Abu Dhabi is not rushed.
Is Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Abu Dhabi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Abu Dhabi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Abu Dhabi and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Abu Dhabi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Abu Dhabi?
+
On Outty we rank every Abu Dhabi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Evening Desert Safari BBQ Premium Camp & optional Quad Bike, Abu Dhabi Desert Safari with Camel Ride BBQ Dinner and Live Shows, Desert Safari In Abu Dhabi With BBQ Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Abu Dhabi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Abu Dhabi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi?
+
Included: Tea experience; Free Abu dhabi city tour with Audio guiding in Multilingual; Round trip transfer; and Tea and coffee. Not included: Alcoholic Drinks; and Food & Beverages. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 124 listed pickup locations in and around Abu Dhabi. Be ready about 45 minutes before the start time. You can also enter a custom pickup address when booking.
What languages is Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi offered in?
+
It is offered in German, Russian, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, English, Italian, French and Spanish. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.
Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Experience the Emirates Palace from Abu Dhabi?
+
Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.
