Took my European friends and we loved it
I’m not vegan (and as a Korean myself), but I took some European friends here and it was such a great experience. Even as a non vegan, I loved the food, it was super flavorful and really satisfying. It wasn’t just a cooking class either, we got to learn a bit about Korean food culture and the stories behind the dishes, which made it feel more special. The whole place felt like a hidden gem, not touristy or crowded, and the host was really warm and attentive and giving very fun energy! Also loved that we got the recipes afterward so we can try making them again at home :) Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a bit different in Korea.

I was curious about vegan food and I fell into vegan food.
I wanted to try something weird, so I wanted to try vegan food, so I went. There was some unusual food, and... The chef explained it with fun, and I had so much fun. Eating was a bad picture, but that's not easy. See you next time.

Vegan food heaven
So this is an OASIS for vegans. I personally visited this place with my foreign vegan friend, and now she says she wants to come here again whenver she visits korea. Honestly, Korean food is not always easy for vegans to enjoy because we Koreans use a lot of jeotgal(fermented fish) and meat or fish broth. But now that i know this place, a vegan food heaven, i feel confident bringing any vegan friends here, and they will absolutely LOVE it!! The host creates whimsical and scrumptions dishes, plus she speaks English super well so no worries about miscommunication. And not only she provided us with a pleasant experience of delicious food, but also had us have brilliant time chatting with her. I feel proud of myself for finding this place and for letting my friends experience such a cozy Korean vibe. Definitey will visit again soon🩷

Fun and delicious course
The vegan cooking course and traditional licquor pairing was great! Hemi cooks really well and explains why and how she takes certain steps in cooking. She's very creative in finding the real Korean taste while cooking vegan (like with fermenting and pickling) and makes vegetables the star of the show. That is challenging and she managed greatly. Next to delicious, the course was also just a lot of fun. We had an amazing experience!

A Truly Special Dining Experience!
Amazing food! Hemi created a special spring menu for us, and everything tasted fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions while she was preparing the dishes. Her insights were so helpful that they even guided us in our next city, Gyeongju, where she recommended some great vegan restaurants. We had four courses, and each one was unique. I’ll definitely try to recreate them at home. Would 100% recommend!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.
How much does Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.
Is Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 19. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2.5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Experience Live Korean Vegan Course & Traditional Liquor Pairing start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seoul?
+
On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
